You want a funny movie that the kids can enjoy and you can laugh at too? Bolt is your movie! Hey, even you “2 kool for that” geeks can see it…I did!
Bolt is about a dog that an actress adopts for her new TV show. The show is centered around the dog who has genetically altered to be a super dog. The show is filmed in a way that allows the super dog, Bolt, to believe he actually has super powers. At the end of each episode, Bolt saves his person, Penny and they go back to their trailer. Later, to boost the shows ratings, Penny is kidnapped on the show. With no happy ending, Bolt goes crazy searching for her and ends up getting thrown into the real world where he has no super powers. Now, Bolt must find his way back to his owner as a normal dog and on the way he learns how to be a normal dog.

Quantum of Solace didn’t do that.
This is a Bond film through and through, tons of action (which I love), some dry British humor (which I love) and a couple of hot women to top things off. C’mon you know you wanna see this movie. From the very beginning you are thrown into the action. It takes maybe a minute before the action starts. Then we get our lovely introduction that every Bond film has (this one is exceptionally boring with a terrible song) and then we move on to more action. It really is ridiculous how much action this movie has. (more…)
