Critical Hit - Fast & Furious
Fast & Furious

The crazy racing franchise returns with a vengeance. If you saw the first movie, The Fast and the Furious and liked it then you’ll enjoy the new one.
Imagine that there was no The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift because it was a terrible film. The new Fast & Furious picks up several years down the road from where our characters left off in the first film. From there we get a whole new story that involves Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and Letty (Michelle Rodriguez).
Throw in Brian O’Conner (Paul Walker) and Toretto’s sister, Mia Toretto (Jordana Brewster) and you’ve got yourself a decent sequel. That is what this film is…a decent sequel to the first film.

You’ve got plenty of cars in the film, muscle to drifters and lots of racing. The plot isn’t bad but isn’t anything really special either. The acting is decent as well. Jordana Brewster is probably the best of them all with Paul Walker coming in close behind.
Diesel is not an actor, he’s an action guy who can deliver his lines and that’s good enough sometimes. Rodriguez is alright too but no one’s roll is spectacular. It’s always hard to judge an acting performance when the writers don’t create a very good role for the actors to portray.

If you enjoyed the first film, like racing/action films and are a little bored then I’d recommend Fast & Furious. If you answer no to any of those then I suggest you just pass.
Until next time, keep your finger on the nitrous button and watch out for those Critical Hits!

seems like a great movie-great sequel from the previous ones. Races are awesome…maybe more than a one-timer.
