NHL 2010

As the defending Stanley Cup Champions, Detroit Red Wings take on the Chicago Blackhaws in the West and the Carolina Hurricanes take on the defending Eastern Confrence Champions, Pittsburg Penguins in the East, the first details begin to spill out for NHL 2010! Soon the Cup Finals will be on and not long after that through the short Hockey off season, we’ll all be playing a new hockey beast.

Its seems that the Hockey guys over at EA Games seem to have 3 year plans. The last 3 games were driven by the brand new stick system in the game that has allowed us to do all sorts of our favorite goal moves to score that hat trick. The next three involve…FIGHTING!

Oh yeah. Fighting is being improved and now it’ll be in first person mode. How cool is that?

I’m sure all our favorite stuff about the NHL games will return but for now we’ll wait patiently for more details. Enjoy a few more screen shots while you’re here.
