Cheat Masters round-up of the 2009 E3 event continues with a first look at the sci-fi thriller title from SEGA, Aliens VS Predator, which was showcased at the event and attracted large crowds.

Aliens VS Predator is being developed by Rebellion who have a pretty good track record when it comes to putting out quality action titles, as their portfolio includes some great titles like Call of Duty: World at War, Medal of Honor Underground and the popular Delta Force games from earlier this decade.

Turning their hand to an action title in a science fiction setting though is a new experience, and when you take into the account the cult status of the features epic movies Aliens and Predator, a huge challenge lies ahead for Rebellion - but everything visible at E3 suggested they are rising to the challenge and will make Aliens VS Predator a must own title for action gamers everywhere.

Aliens VS Predator is currently pencilled in for release during the early months of 2010, but we would not be surprised to see this brought forward at a later date to ensure it hits stores for Christmas 09 - only time will tell, and Cheat Masters will be amongst the first to let you know if the date does change!

The graphics look gorgeous, and the teaser trailer sets the scene for what promises to be an incredibly athmospheric shooter. This is one to look forward to guys, put it in your diaries! Aliens VS Predator will feature no less than three story-driven campagins, titled Hunter, Survivor and Prey. Which will you be?
