The eagerly awaited sequal to Naughty Dog’s 2007 smash hit title Uncharted: Drakes Fortune is now imminent and just like before, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves will be a Playstation 3 exclusive.

The original title in what looks set to become a whole series over decades to come was rightly lauded for it’s blend of originality and classic gaming, and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves looks perfectly placed to improve on Drakes Fortune in every possible way.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves differs in every area. As you would expect, the graphics – though fantastic before – are now better still and the environments in which your adventures take place look and feel more alive than ever. Also the combat system has been improved, as you are now able to take advantage of your climbing skills much more than in the previous title during combat sequences which does not take long at all to prove useful.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves will be a big seller for sure thanks to the success of Drakes Fortune, and if you haven’t played the original game now is probably the time to do so because that was an unmissible title itself and will be the perfect introduction to Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.
