DJ Hero

We’ve had Guitar Hero, but is this the future of rhythm based gaming? DJ Hero puts you in the shoes or bare-feet of you guessed it, a DJ, and challenges your musical creativity in a way never before experienced in a videogame.
As you have probably already worked out for yourself, DJ Hero comes from the people behind the hugely successful Guitar Hero titles and as you would expect the look and feel of the game is pretty similar - with your note track taking center stage on your screen with vivid, colorful tabs scrolling down as the music plays around you - all slapped onto an incredibly vibrant background scene which comes alive with movement and other stunning visuals.

The aim of DJ Hero is not to rock out on your guitar, but instead to hit your notes with the included plastic turntable peripheral. It’s bundled with the game, but unfortunately the package costs what you would typically pay out for two full new released titles - but if this is your kind of thing then it might just be worth the expense.
Unfortunately DJ Hero doesn’t offer you much creativity, as you are forced to play through pre-mixed tracks made up from two songs, but these songs do come from the who’s who of the DJ world so you will soon find yourself sucked into the game and experiencing that hot-mix euthoria! DJ Hero is out now to buy.
