Grand Theft Auto IV, despite the huge amount of expectation preceeding it, managed to achieve and surpass those expectations when it was released in 2008. The game is about to be extended for the second time thanks to the downloadable Episodes from Libery City series, with the imminent arrival of The Ballad of Gay Tony.
Unlike the previous release in the episodes series, The Lost and the Damned, The Ballad of Gay Tony takes you on a lighthearted path through Liberty City instead of a dark and seedy one. The basic story this time round is that you, a Dominican immigrant named Luis Lopez have worked your way through the ranks to become a part-owner of Gay Tony’s clubs which happen to be the biggest straight club in Liberty City and also the biggest gay club, too. But all is not well and business partners of Gay Tony are coming for him – it’s your job to keep him and the clubs alive.
GRAND THEFT AUTO 4: BALLAD OF GAY TONY TRAILER
As with The Lost and the Damned, Grand Theft Auto IV The Ballad of Gay Tony introduces a lot of new content into your game in the shape of new weapons of all kinds including a golden Uzi and sticky bombs amongst others. Also a host of new vehicles are introduced and parachutes make a come back which is great as jumping the high-rise buildings or out of helicopters is probably one of the most fun things to do when you’re not killing people.
Grand Theft Auto IV The Ballad of Gay Tony hits stores in the US on October 29th 2009 on the XBox 360.
