The second part of what we have always been promised will be a trilogy of titles is nearing completion, and Mass Effect 2 is poised to surpass the original game in the series in practically every way.
Mass Effect 2 made it’s first public appearance at the E3 2009 event and although it was not in a playable form at the time, it generated more than enough hype to be considered one of the most promising titles on show – reaping various anticipation related awards in the process.

MASS EFFECT 2 TRAILER |
Mass Effect 2 kicks-off pretty much where the original game left you, so if you haven’t already played Mass Effect then now would be a great time to pick it up – especially as your character and performance through the first games’ events can be carried into Mass Effect 2 and have a real impact on your progress through the second stage of the series.
The combat system in Mass Effect 2 is completely new, and feels much more intuitive to the role playing familiar gamers out there, yet accessible enough for newcomers to the series or the genre as a whole to master without too much of a learning curve. The visuals look stunning, and the storyline appears deeper than ever leaving Mass Effect 2 looking set to live up the high expectations that surround it.
