Capcom has announced a new chapter in the classic franchise as Mega Man Universe! This is a Long-time series with creator Kenji Inafune heading development of the title, which promises to be a “revolutionary” take on the classic series. If your a Mega Man Fan then you must read on and view the trailer!
While details on the title are few so far, Capcom gave a few hints in the announcement that seems to imply this won’t be just another standard 8-bit title like we saw with Mega Man 9 and 10.
They described Mega Man Universe such as: “revolutionary take,” “new chapter in classic gaming,” and “imagination is the star of the game.” The company ended its announcement by saying: “Its official: classic gaming will never be the same again.”
Looks to have some new charac ters too!
Mega Man Universe is coming to Xbox Live & PlayStation Network. No set release date or price provided yet.
