The football season is nearly here and I’m READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL!

 

We all know what the Madden games are and what they can do so what is new?! Here it is.

 

- GameFlow play calling. This enables the AI to handle all of your playcalling on both sides of the ball. First you set up a set of plays that the AI will pull from then GameFlow call from that set unless you elect to go the full list of plays as you’ve done in past years. This will allow games to be played quicker which is always better.

 

- The new strategy pad which allows you to plan hot routes, coverage audibles and other abilities

 

- New dual analog stick control that lets you pivot your player’s upper body to glance off hits and gain extra yardage. Things are getting detailed in 11.

 

- Improved blocking. Now you can trust your lead blockers where the new system allows you to choose who to follow.

 

- Online team play allows 3 players to play together on 1 team. One can control the linebackers while the other the d-line. The last guy can take over the d-backs. Pretty sweet right? This allows more focus in one area and a more fun team gaming experience.

 

Football season means more football gaming and on August 10, 2010 you too can go grab your copy of Madden 11.
