Marathon gives the user an infinite sprint duration, replacing the Extreme Conditioning perk. It is one of the first perks in Create a Class, unlocked at the start of the game.
The pro version of Marathon is unlocked after the player has sprinted 26 miles while it is equipped. The Pro version allows the user to go over cover faster, allowing for quick battlefield maneuvers. It should be noted that while players vault objects faster, their sprint speed on level ground is still the same.
Sleight of Hand
Sleight of Hand drastically reduces the time spent reloading. Once again, it is best used with support weapons with long reload times such as the MG4 and the RPD. Sleight of Hand is also useful with the new bullpup rifles (such as the TAR-21, AUG HBAR, FAMAS, and others) as bullpups all have slower reload times than regular rifles.
Halves the time needed to aim down the sights, and is unlocked by getting 120 kills with a class using Sleight of Hand. This benefit is ideal for quick-scoping with sniper rifles, as the time spent to bring up the rifle is drastically reduced. Likewise, it is a useful pro perk for LMGs, as they possess the slowest ADS time. This effect stacks with Lightweight Pro’s faster aim-after-sprint ability.
Scavenger partially restocks a player’s weapon loadout if they walk over scavenge packs dropped by player’s corpses, regardless of any loadout differences between the player and the dead player. This perk also acts as a replacement for the ammo perks from the other games such as Bandolier and Frag x3, since it allows the player to restock on equipment.
The Pro version of Scavenger is unlocked once a player has resupplied 100 times while using Scavenger. Scavenger Pro allows the player to spawn with full ammo for the weapons he or she has, replacing the Bandolier perk from previous games.
It allows players to put two attachments on their primary weapon. Bling Pro is unlocked by getting 200 kills while the Bling perk is equipped.
Allows the player to put two attachments on their secondary weapon.
One Man Army
It allows the user to switch classes without needing to respawn, unlocked at level 45. However, as downside, it removes the user’s secondary weapon.
One Man Army Pro is unlocked after a player has received 120 kills while using the One Man Army perk. One Man Army Pro reduces the time required to perform the class change to three seconds.
Increases the damage dealt by bullets fired from primary or secondary weapons by 40%.
The Pro version of Stopping Power is unlocked after achieving 250 kills with a class using Stopping Power. It gives the user increased damage against enemy vehicles such as Harriers and Pave Lows.
Allows players to move faster.
When upgraded to Pro, after sprinting 30 miles with the perk equipped, users are able to fire their weapons faster after sprinting.
Allows the player to gain their killstreak rewards with one less kill
The Pro version of the perk allows deathstreaks to be activated by one less death.
Allows the user to be invisible to all forms of air support. The vision for Chopper Gunners, AC-130s and Predator Missiles show players with the perk active, but do not pinpoint them with a red outline square.
The Pro version prevents the red name and cross-hairs from appearing on an enemy’s screen when they are looking at the user.
Increases explosive damage by 40%.
Increases damage from all killstreaks that attack enemy players, such as Chopper Gunner, by 40% and is unlocked by getting 100 kills with explosives while using this perk
Increases the user’s Melee distance.
Pro version (unlocked by making 20 melee kills with the perk equipped, including the knife, tactical knife and the riot shield) completely negates damage from high falls, which can be tactically exploited on maps with long drops such as Quarry, Favela, Afghan, Skidrow, and Underpass.
Ninja stops users from appearing on Heartbeat Sensor attachments. It is unlocked at Rank 29.
The Pro version of this perk is unlocked after players kill 50 players in “close-quarters” while using the perk, and it reduces the movement noise volume (footsteps, mantling and climbing) by 75%
Enemy equipment will appear filled with a bright crimson color which shimmers to catch the eye
The Pro version makes enemy footsteps four times louder and makes the player and their teammates’ footsteps four times quieter, allowing the player to better distinguish enemy movements, and from much further away than normal
This perk increases the accuracy of a weapon when fired from the hip by reducing the size of the cross-hairs by 35%
The Pro version allows the player to hold their breath longer while using a Sniper Scope or Thermal Scope
Scrambles the radar of nearby enemies, leaving only static.
The Pro version of this perk protects players from enemy Claymores by increasing the time between detection and detonation.
If a player receives damage which brings them down to 10 health or less, they will drop into a kneeling position and take out their pistol (unless they already had their pistol out) with max ammo
llows the player to use equipment while in Last Stand, such as a primary grenade.
3 kills- UAV
Deploys a UAV to scan the map and reveal enemy locations. Can be shot down or hit with a Predator Missile.
4 kills- Care Package
Player must throw a red smoke grenade to mark the location of an air drop package containing a random killstreak or ammo. The package can kill players if it lands on them. Can be taken by anybody. It takes longer for anybody but the user to obtain the package, leaving them vulnerable.
4 kills- Counter-UAV
Deploys a UAV that disables the enemy’s radar and renders hostile UAVs useless. Can be shot down or hit with a Predator Missile.
5 kills- Sentry Gun
Player must throw a red smoke grenade to mark the location of an air drop package containing an M134 Minigun configured as an automatic M5 sentry gun. The same rules for the care package apply. A single slash from a knife or gunfire will disarm it. Has a time limit.
5 kills- Predator Missile
Fires a single controllable AGM Hellfire from a Predator Drone. The user is vulnerable while using/controlling the missile.
6 kills- Precision Airstrike
Initiates an airstrike on a targeted area much like the Airstrike in Call of Duty 4. The user can control the direction from which the airstrike comes.
7 kills- Harrier Strike
Deploys a small airstrike from two Harriers followed by one that will hover over the designated area and attack enemies with its under-mounted turret. Can be destroyed. Will disperse rockets and destroy Pave Lows and other Helicopters or Planes that are lower than the Harrier.
7 kills- Attack Helicopter
Deploys a Hind or Cobra attack helicopter armed with a single machine gun that flies around the map and attacks enemy players. Can be destroyed. Non-Flyable.
8 kills- Emergency Airdrop
Deploys a Lockheed C-130 cargo plane that drops four Care Packages. Can be stolen, but C-130 cannot be destroyed. it is interesting to note that the emergency airdrop will work even during an EMP.
9 kills- Pave Low
Deploys a Sikorsky MH-53 Pave Low armed with two .50 caliber machine guns. The Pave Low is essentially a better version of the Attack Helicopter. Can be destroyed.
9 kills- Stealth Bomber
Deploys a B2 Spirit that is invisible to the enemy’s radar. The bomber carpet bombs a specific line, designated by the player. Cannot be destroyed.
11 kills- Chopper Gunner
Deploys a AH-64 Apache or Mi-28 Havoc attack helicopter, armed with a 25mm cannon, controlled by the player on the ground. The player can be killed on the ground, but, can still finish out the session in the chopper. This killstreak can be destroyed by means of rocket launchers, guns, or with a predator missile.
11 kills- AC130
Deploys a Lockheed AC-130 gunship controlled by the player on the ground. It is equipped with a 25mm Gatling gun, 40mm cannon and a 105mm howitzer, each with an infinite amount of ammunition, but with reload times. The user is vulnerable while using the gunship. Can be destroyed by a launcher or a predator missile. Immune to regular guns. It has 2 flares meaning at least 3 rockets must be shot.
15 kills- EMP
Deploys an electromagnetic pulse that destroys enemy killstreaks and disables enemies’ HUDs, Radar and other electronic Attachments or Equipment that enemies may use. (throwing knifes still work properly)
25 kills- Tactical Nuke
Calls in a nuclear strike that detonates after 10 seconds, killing all players that are spawned at the time the nuke goes off on the map and ending the match in favor of the nuke user’s team, regardless of the current match score or time left.
