This guide will walk you through the Bulletstorm ‘Maneaters Prefer Tight Spots’ mission. Let’s get started! Pull on the lever at the end of the dark tunnel to open the door blocking your way and proceed. Hold LT when prompted to, then a short cut scene will begin. Pull on the lever and head upstairs after the cut scene. There should be a Dropkit near the top of the stairs, use it if you have to and then follow Trishka. When she orders you to shoot the spore, do it and chaos will ensue. The Skulls will start killing each other.

Wait for Ishi to open the gate and then proceed. Head up the steps and then hold the LT button when the screen prompts you to do so. Ishi will get swallowed by the gigantic Maneater, wait for his signal and then follow Trishka. Head through the huge columns and then down the steps and kill all the Skulls that will come charging at you. Shoot at the surrounding spores to make it easier to clear the area. Use the Dropkit right at the end of the steps and then continue to follow Trishka. A Maneater should appear somewhere to your left, use your leash and take care of it. Kill all the enemies in the center quad area. There should be a few more Maneaters in the perimeter, take care of them as well.

Take a left and then look for the two red spherical balls. Shoot the Skulls in the distance with your sniper rifle. Clear the area with the spheres. Next, head up the path to the cacti filled path and kill the Maneater to the right of the Dropkit to use it. Upon hearing the helicopter, take cover behind one of the nearby pillars. Follow Trishka when it leaves.

There should be a few Creeps on that floor. Take care of them while the Maneaters take care of the helicopter. One of the huge Skulls will come crashing down on you in this area, a few annihilator blasts will take care of him. Pick up his gun when he’s dead and use it to destroy the remaining enemies in the area. Follow Trishka after clearing the area. There should be a Dropkit somewhere near the exit, use it if necessary and proceed. Prepare for the huge battle ahead.

A ton of hostiles will charge towards you upon entering the next area. Make good use of the environment for cover. It will be wise to retreat back down the steps every once in a while if you get overwhelmed. Just keep pushing forward until you reach the top.

There should be a few more Maneaters along the path you and Trishka are on. At the end of the path you should be able to drop down a jungly terrain with another Dropkit nearby. Slide under the nearby tree branch and press LT when prompted to when the gigantic Maneater pops out from under the ground. Tapping A quickly you will be able to dodge the huge roots that come sprouting out of the ground randomly while holding A will make you slide around the perimeter more quickly. Use these tricks during the battle and you will be fine. Take out the glowing membranes first as the Maneater can regenerate health using them. After destroying all of the membranes focus on shooting her head to net the kill. When the green membranes grow, shoot at them. When she attacks you with her mouth, shoot her there as that should deal the most amount of damage. It won’t be long before she finally drops and tries to retreat to the ground. Equip your rifle and shoot at her. When her neck grows red, shoot her there to finally kill her off.
