Dragon Age II just came out last March 8, 2011 and yet an unlimited XP/Money glitch has been discovered already. If you do not want to spoil your game, then avoid doing this.
1. Just complete any Side Quests which does not have a cut scene.
2. Go back to the NPC who gave you the quest but don’t talk to him or her yet.
3. Draw out your weapon.
4. Talk to the NPC, as soon as you put away your weapon, repeatedly smash the action button and you will be receiving unlimited experience and cash rewards from your quest. You can do this as many times as you want.
This glitch only works for now, so Bioware may patch this in the future. You can watch a full detailed video here.
