There are 24 Golden Bugs, male and females of the same species, scattered across the wilds in Zelda: Twilight Princess. Agitha, located at the eastern tip of the Castle Town, will ask you to collect them.
The first Bug nets you the Big Wallet, which moves your max number of rupees up to 600. Every bug after that nets you 50 rupees; if you manage to complete a set, two bugs of the same species of the opposite sex, she will grant you 100 rupees.
Providing her with all 24 of the bugs nets you the Giant Wallet, which moves your max number of rupees out to 1000.
Best advice I can give about finding these bugs is to hunt them at night. They are very easy to see then, as they glow in the dark. Being in wolf form makes this an even easier task to accomplish. The game even announces it to you, providing a distinct metallic chime when you’re nearby.
However, since you’re here, I’m assuming that you want to know their locations anyway, hmm?
