National Dex - Simply beat the Elite 4 and once you leave your home, Professor Juniper will give this to you.

The Relocator – Everyone Happy Simple Connection (password) – In Castelia City, look for a scientist on the 2nd floor of Name-Rate Service Building. The scientist will tell you about a special machine which needs a password to unlock. The password is the save for unlocking Mystery gifts in versions of the game. The Relocator is needed to move prelaunch event Pokemons to the black or white verison for the zoroark/zorua event. You will also need this to get the lock capsule leading to the final TM95 Snarl.

Birthday Cake Prop – on the day of your birthday, which is set on your DS system’s setting, go to the Pokemon Musical and you will receive a cake from the owner.
