This guide will walk you through the ‘Explore the Tomb’ level in Red Faction: Armageddon. Let’s get started!

With your Exo-suit, prepare for an exploration job on the tomb. Start by walking down the hallway. While traversing the area, you will discover a new kind of weapon dubbed as the Magnet Gun. It is the weapon of choice to get rid of the debris blocking your path to the doorway. You actually have a devastating two-stage weapon in your hand. The magnet will be attached if you fire once and fire again to attach it to the second magnet. You can play around with the Magnet Gun to be familiar with it. The fun part with it is the unlimited ammunition that made it a mainstay weapon throughout the game.

You have to turn right as you proceed to the frightening tomb. You will see tombs collapsing on your way to the bizarre hologram. More of it will collapse as you get near your destination. You have to circle the hologram and wait as debris tears it down. With your Magnet Gun and the glowing ball with blue color, enter the doorway by breaking your way through it.

You will activate a short scene on your way to the ominous circle. Your objective in this area is to destroy the seal. You will see a huge glowing structure as you enter and it will take some time to destroy it. The best strategy is to use your Magnet Gun to tear off small chunks of the structure while you circle it. If you do not want to hit the seal directly, shoot at the pillars surrounding the seal. Be sure to aim at the upper portion to launch them directly to the seal. Your mission is complete if you see that the seal is finally broken and destroyed. You will know that it is happening as blue light pours out of the floor.
