We continue our walkthrough of Dungeon Siege III with a guide for the quest, “On the Road”.

Once you reach this sign take the crossing in the road to the left hand side and head towards the bridge that is nearby. You will need to go through some soldiers before you can cross the bridge.

As you make your way along the road you will meet Leopold and he will inform you on what is going on in the valley below.

On your descent down you will notice the main road is blocked by an avalanche which appears to be deliberate. You’ll have to take the path that leads through the caves.

Next you will be attacked by Jeyne’s Soldiers several times while you advance your way. Keep an eye on your health as you make your way through the battles shooting and slashing all enemies. Try to focus on one enemy at a time to keep it manageable.

As you reach the end of the cave a Legionnaire will meet you and join your party.

Keep fighting your way to the Royalist encampment and forge an alliance with Devonsey and offer to help find him a way out of the swamp.
