This guide will walk you through the ‘Get to the Marauders’ level in Red Faction: Armageddon. Let’s get started!

Your objective is to get to the Marauders. You’ve got the Scout Walker with the Convergence Lasers and chain-lightning. Use it to the first building you will encounter that is filled with enemies. Get rid of cultists on your way using electricity arcs. You will encounter more formidable enemies as you move out of the tight canyons leading to huge courtyards.

Be ready to engage two Shiva Exo-Suits as they turn into a corner. Take them out immediately with the Convergence laser and lightning. Another will come towards you from the ledge. You might be overwhelmed and you can retreat back to the Canyon if your shields are low. After wiping out the Exo-Suits, trace your GPS markers leading to the ramp going right. You will encounter another Exo-Suit and an army of cultists in their buggies. Beware of the buggies’ energy blasts although they are easy targets than the Exo-Suits.

At the circular yard, take out three buggies before running towards the gates of a base. This entrance is guarded by a couple of buggies just in front of the tunnel. As you turn right and enter the gates, you will come across a large tunnel having marauder structures wherein a buggy is waiting. Move forward as you take out all opposition. The tunnel leads to a large chamber filled with more cultists and two Shiva Suits shooting from all directions. As you move out of the tunnel, you will come across another base with shielded tunnel.

Marked on your HUD are the three generators that give power to the shields. Beware of cultists on turrets and buggies at the center of the base. Engage them one at a time as you utilize your shields for safety. Use the laser to shatter the generators. Shanties and aliens will surprise you as you head into a tunnel. Use the Scout Walker to eliminate them and take out the monsters using the lightning. With the Convergence laser and double electrical arcs, eliminate the ravagers and pods in the tunnel, berserker, and the tough behemoths.

After the behemoth, a large chamber is filled with infested buildings and numerous pods. The Scout Walker can do the job and you can skip the pods if you want. You can see two behemoths in a tunnel that bends after the large chamber. Keep your distance while shooting with the Scout Walker. After taking out the two behemoths, finish the mission by approaching the landing pad.
