In the start of this quest the forge rebellion will unleash angry Cyclopes, Fire Jakals and Goblin Grenadiers on you once you enter the furnaces under Stonebridge. You can get a good cue from the goblins on when they are going to throw. Once they step back get ready to dodge, they are easy to kill but left unchecked their numbers can pose a problem.

In the forge chests will not shimmer so you will have to have an extra eye out looking for them, they usually are in the corners of the map.

The path leading into the deep is a little less confusing than it looks, if you manage to get lost though just use the routing function. The many bridges make good choke points where the numbers of the enemies are neutralized.

The Cyclopes will slowly advance but they have great endurance. They will attack straight on in a swinging arc that you should be able to telegraph. Try to take them on from long range but if you must get in close be sure to dodge before they swing.

Cyclops Foremen are pretty tough and are superior then their smaller brothers. Their swings can cover a greater distance and they attack in double lunges from time to time. When you pull the switches on the bridge the Fire Jackals will be freed and they will attack you.

As you make your way into the heart of the forge you will cross several more bridges and will be fighting combined groups of Goblins and Cyclopes. Just try to stay away from the Cyclopes first, they are slow and can be dealt with after the Goblins. Near the end of the route you will find a manifesto. You will discover the bad conditions that the Cyclopes are being forced to work under.

Next you will face Ergometheus who will attack with triple swings of his mighty hammer. He has great reach after he uses the momentum from his swing to carry himself. Try to stay on his sides and do not end up in front of him.

After you have defeated Chieftain you should agree to carry Ergometheus’s demands to the Meisters, this will end the quest.
