Unlike most quests in Oblivion, this quest has no specific beginning point and is not tracked in your journal. Main objective is to locate the skulls of the ghosts on the hill, and return it to them to set their souls free. The name’s of the ghosts’ are as followed; Lorenz Bog-Trotter, Gadeneri Ralvel, Salonia Viria, Limark, and M’desi.
