Get Peed On and Make Friends with Wolves

After fighting Psycho Mantis, follow Meryl through the wolf den. At the end of the den Meryl will be waiting with 2 wolves. Hit Meryl once and then quickly hide inside of a box. Meryl will instruct the pup to pee on Snake. You can now walk through the wolf den, while having the box equipped, without being attacked by the wolves. Or just equip Sniper Wolfs hankerchief.

Unlockable: Bandana and Unlimited Ammo

Win the game once through.

Unlockable: Camera(Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes)

Win the game once through.

Unlockable: Extreme Difficulty

Win the game once through.

Unlockable: Meryl and Otacon Costumes/Outfits

Complete the entire game twice, getting either Meryl's ending twice to unlock Meryl's costume/outfit, or getting Otacon's ending twice to unlock Otacon's costume.

Unlockable: Meryl Demo Tape

Win the game once, getting Meryl's ending by not submitting to Ocelot's torture.

Unlockable: New Ending Theme Song

Complete the entire game 3 times.

Unlockable: Otacon's Demo Tape

Win the game once, getting Otacon's ending by submitting to Ocelot's torture.

Unlockable: Stealth Camouflage

Complete the entire game twice.

Unlockable: Tuxedo Costume for Snake

Complete the entire game twice.
