Unlock NES Ninja Gaiden: Collect all 50 Scarabs.

Unlock Ninja Gaiden 2 - Method 1:
Achieve Master Ranking in all chapters of Normal difficulty.

Unlock Ninja Gaiden 2 - Method 2:
After earning Ninja Gaiden 1, head to the Clock Tower Plaza in Tairon (you can do this in successive play, if you want) and aim your arrow at the clock face on the tower. Head through the door to the clock down and get to the opening to find the chest with NG 2 inside.

Unlock Ninja Gaiden 3 - Method 1:
Achieve Master Ranking in all chapters on Hard or Very Hard difficulty.
Unlock Ninja Gaiden 3 - Method 2:
After unlocking Ninja Gaiden 2, when you are in the Peristyle Passage, Mario jump between the 1st and 2nd columns to the left of the entrance (when facing the entrance). On top of the broken column is NG 3.



Beat game on Very Hard difficulty.



Win the game on Normal to unlock a new costume/outfit and plasma saber (Luke, you are now a ninja). To use the new costume/outfit, hold down the LEFT TRIGGER and select New Game.



Win the game once on Normal or Hard.



To unlock the safe in the monk's room for the 1st time you need to enter this combination: press Analog-Stick Left until you reach "2", then press X. Press Analog-stick Right until "7", then press X.
Press Analog-stick Right until "1", then press X. Press Analog-stick Left until "2", then press X. If done correctly, each time you press X a blue light should turn on, until you see 4 blue lights and the elevator to the underground cemetery opens. The combination is the Monk's birthday as he states in the diary (27th day on the 12th month). You can now get the Book Of The Eons from the safe.

When opening the monk's safe for Life Of The Gods, the combination is different. The code is left to 1, right to 4, left to 1, and right to 0.

After the flood drops you into the room with the elevator and the long tunnel you can swim through, take the underwater elevator up to the monk's room. Dispatch the 3 Spider Ninja and go to the safe.
The new combination is right to 1, left to 4, right to 1, left to 0.
If you also reread his diary, it will mention that you ripped him off and will then tell you that the new cheat-password is his daughter's birthday.



Win the game under the normal or hard difficulty settings to unlock the very hard difficulty setting.
