Pause the Game, and hold L1 + R1 + L2 + R2 on the menu to unlock the codes (for the correct character)

Faramir=Square, Triangle, Up, Triangle
Frodo=Square, Down, Triangle, Square
Gandalf=Down, X, Triangle, Down
Gimli=Up, Square, Circle, Square
Legolas=Square, Triangle, Triangle, Circle
Merry=Triangle, X, Up, Triangle
Pippin=Up, Up, Square, Circle

Unlock Character

Pause the game, press the 4 button shoulder, with the buttons still pressed type in this code.

To unlock these 2 levels, follow the steps below:

Palantir of Saruman-Complete "The Crack of Doom"

Palantir of Sauron-Complete "The Crack of Doom" and reach level 10 with Gandalf, Sam, and either Aragorn, Legolas, or Gimli
