ArmyData is said to be found in the WWW Area. However, this is not
true. The warp next to the WWW Netdealer leads to the area in
between the 4 Gatekey warps with the locked mystery data. The
locked data is the ArmyData. After getting it, jack out (since you
are not in the WWW Area), then jack-in somewhere close to the
License area (for example the 1st floor of Center's computer or
even the test room itself) and take the test.



Get all of the five stars and begin hard mode. When you complete
hard mode, Sanctuary will be in your original save file (not hard
mode).



Yellow star: Win the game one time.
Green star: Defeat all 4 of the hidden bosses in the WWW areas.

Blue star: Complete the Program Advance List. Darkness is not
required.
Red star: Get a data library of 250 chips.
Purple star: Get all of the secret chips.



You can get Navi chips in the slot in Netopia near the Hotel and
Bank. Choose 10 chips in the slot and get a new Navi chip back
free. Sometimes you can even get Version 2 Chips. *** a Navi chip
does not appear every time.

Defeat Freezeman, then go to ACDCtown. There will be a chip trader
by the posters. You will get all the Navi chips except Bass and a
few other that you can get only in the WWW area.



When you are at the part where you are disarming bombs. About the
2nd time you encounter Chaud he will call and ask "What's
happening?". After a few sentences you will notice that Chaud spells
the word "night" as "nite".

In the "Need a Cupid" mission, after you chat to the old woman, go
back to the old man. He will thank you and say "YAHOO! This is th
best day of my life!".

After getting your Z license, jack out. You will find out that Yai
is in trouble. Go to Yai's house where Dex and Mayl will be waiting.
After a few scenes, Dex will be trapped and knocked out from the
gas. He will be on the floor. Go to the "air conditioner". When you
meet Gutsman, go down. The message "Megaman acessed the mystery data
Megaman got a chip fo V-Gun A" will appear.

After you defeat Shadow Man, return to Mother Computer5. Search the
mother computer brain and you will see text "Netopia", etc.
"Netopia" should be "Electopia", because Mother Computer is in
Electopia.












The following are chips that can break through Guard: Magnetman and
ZeusHamr.



Win the game with all five stars. Highlight the
"New Game" option at the Title Screen, then press Left(2), Right,
Left, Right, Left, Right(2). The ''New Game'' option will turn
orange to confirm correct code entry. Select that option and the
"Netbattle" option will not longer be available. Save the game, then
restart. A "Hard Mode" option will now be unlocked under the ''New
Game'' and ''Continue'' options.



In the Mother Computer, there is a power-up next to her brain and to
the right.

Go to the Mother Computer room after you defeat ShadowMan. Find the
1st server (the one you cannot jack into). Walk up to it near the
right side and press A. A program will chat to you and give you a
power-up.

There is a hidden HPMemory that can be found by going to the
apartment. Go to floor 9. Go to the left door. There is an HPMemory
on top of the door.



After you defeat Magnet Man, go to Netopia. In 1st screen (after
going out from Arrival Lobby), search a tree in west screen. Chat to
the boy and you will get Subchip plus memory.



Press Start + Select + A + B during game play. This can be put to
good use when you are in Undernet 5 and are trying to get the 50,000
Zenny. Stand next to the ruby, and if it is not the Zenny, use the
in-game rest until you get it.



Use Sword L, Wide Sword L, and Longsword L in that order. It does
400 damage.
