You can find Android 16 at Plain among the south island. Bring him to Bulma in West City (Krillin's Dragon Universe mode the second time).
Defeat Android 17 as Piccolo in Dragon Universe mode.
Complete Dragon Universe mode as Krillin.
Unlock all Ultimate Move skills and the Baba Crystal Balls Movie 00 will now be available for purchase at the Skill Shop.

At the start of Dragon Universe mode, fly over to Raditz's spaceship. You should see a "???". Enter it, and you should get him.
Alternately, keep checking the Sayian Space Pod, and at one point you will be able to go to it and find Bardock. This was found near the end of story mode when playing the first time.
Have a saved game from Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2 on your memory card to get a Silver Membership Card, Babidi's Pot, and Bardock.
Can be bought for 75,000 for each character at the Skill Shop after you have Baba Crystal Balls Movie 01 and get all Breakthroughs for each playable character in Dragon Universe mode.
As Goku, complete Dragon Universe mode at least three times. On the third time, you will fight Brolly. Defeat him to unlock him.
Go to the Desert/Mountains and speak to Kibito southwest of the next marker. After you fight Buu inside himself, Goku and Vegeta will sense a different energy. Then, go to the next marker to face Broly.

Defeat Captain Ginyu as Goku in Dragon Universe mode.
Using a Level 20-30 Level Character in Dragon Arena Mode fight about 15 Fights and Cell should break in. Beat him to unlock it.
Defeat Cell when he appears in the Dragon Arena matches.
Defeat Piccolo in Dragon Arena when he broken in. Note: You must be at level 20 to 40.
Defeat Cell as Teen Gohan in Dragon Universe mode.
Defeat Frieza. SS Vegeta will appear under the location where he was defeated. After defeating SS Vegeta, go to Cooler's red dot. Defeat Cooler to unlock him.
Defeat Dabura as Gohan in Dragon Universe mode.
At the level select press circle and you will get the destroyed version of a stage. (Doesn't work on the levels inside buu,world tournament arena and the hyporvolic time chamber).
Normally, most ultimates will change a normal version of a map (with the explosion of the planet cutscene) to the destroyed version of that map. (if that map HAS one) However, only Frieza's ultimate the Deathball will trigger that cutscene and change Planet Namek to the destroyed version. Other character's ultimate such as Goku's Spirit Bomb will not change the map.
Note: that Frieza's Deathball MUST be
''sucessful'' (meaning will the power struggle) in order to change Planet Namek. Then relive the moment when Frieza and Goku fought before Namek exploded.
Defeat Dr. Gero as Yamcha in Dragon Universe mode.
Complete Dragon Universe mode with all unlockable characters in that mode, including Broly, teen Gohan, and high school Gohan.
Find the Dragon Balls in Dragon Universe mode as follows, and you can wish for a Breakthrough Capsule, Memories, or some rare Green Capsules.
Two Dragon Balls are in Saiyan Saga (Earth)
The first ball is by the white plains; around Red Ribbon Army Base.
The second ball is between the upper two main islands.
Two Dragon Balls are in Frieza Saga (Namek)
The third ball is at the upper right island.
The fourth ball is on the left island near map border, southwest of the upper left island.
One Dragon Ball is in Cell Games (Earth)
The fifth ball is found where the compass is on the map in the water.
One Dragon Ball are in Buu Saga (Earth)
The sixth ball is by the main island towards the middle by North City.
The seventh ball is at a little sandbar island (resembles a beach) near the martial arts tournament.

Level Up To Level 21 Glitch
Start a new story in DRAGON UNIVERSE then go to Kami's Lookout and level up. Then save your game data and quit
DRAGON UNIVERSE. Then start a new story again in DRAGON UNIVERSE and repeat this process until your Z fighter is at level 21.
Keep looking all around the map as soon as you start. Pick a point and go in a small angle so that you move out just a little bit at a time. You will see a marker appear with "?????". This may take some time, and you may find some money or capsules, but you will find the
Dragon Radar along with two Dragon Balls in the first area. Do the same type of search pattern on each area to find everything; even places to fight and level up, along with friends who will give you skills and even a level up or two.
To defeat the z modes easily start DU and play it till your last with very easy level. Before your last match turn your level to z and then beat the final fight and you will complete the game on z mode.

First, when you get up to Buu Saga, goto the Plains near Goku's House. After going there, fight Gohan as Majin Vegeta.
After you finished fighting him, keep going through the red parts of the map until you hit up to Kid Buu. Let Kid Buu beat you, then put No in the Continue screen. After that fly a bit back, and you'll see 2 reds touching eachother. Go push X on the left one, and you can fight Buu agian, but when you win, you can fight Broly.

Defeat Frieza as Goku in Dragon Universe mode.
Start a new story in Dragon Universe mode. Go to Kami's Lookout and level up. Save your game data and quit Dragon Universe mode. Then, start a new story in Dragon Universe mode and repeat this process until your Z fighter is at level 21.
Bought from Skill Shops (random) when you have the Black Membership Card.
Alternately, play as Vegeta in the second Dragon Universe. In the Buu Saga, you should find Bulma in a plain somewhere. Talk to her, and she will tell you to visit her later. Then, fly to West City.
Pick up the present she has for you (Super Sayain 4). Next, fly to the red dot to the south. Once there you will meet Super Sayain 4 Goku. Defeat him and you will get the capsule for Gogeta.
Play Dragon Universe mode as Goku or Vegeta. Continue until you will get an invitation from Goten and Trunks to fight in a fusion battle instead of fighting Buu or Brolly. Win the fusion battle to get the Gogeta capsule.
Complete Dragon Universe mode as Teen Gohan.
Bought in the Capsule Shop.
Defeat Goten as Gohan in Dragon Universe mode.
Play as Kid Gohan in Dragon Universe mode, the second time through.
Instead of fighting Piccolo in the Mountains, go to Grandpa Gohan's House and defeat Goku.
Complete Dragon Universe mode as Gohan.
Help him out in Piccolo's Dragon Universe mode (Majin Saga) at the desert, and talk to Videl at Central City.
Use the following trick to win in Dragon Rush about 80% of the time in every match. If you start Dragon Rush, first: X; second: Triangle; third: Square. If your opponent starts Dragon Rush, use Square, Circle, or X.

Start two player or practice fighting mode with player 1 as Goku and the second player can be anybody. Then after the word "Fight!" leaves screen don't press any buttons on either controllers. Wait about 8-10 minutes and Goku should stare blankly into the screen.
These are located in Goku's Dragon universe. All 3 membership cards can be found on an island, just north of the Golden-Gate looking bridge. After going through Goku's Dragon Universe a few times, all 3 will be there to be collected

To get all membership cards, look all over the map and get all the "???" items. At some point you will find a Black Membership Card. Go in there again and you will get all the membership cards.
The Silver, Gold, and Black Membership Cards can also be bought at the shop after your character spends a certain amount of money. The Black Membership Card will appear for purchase for a character that has spent over 250,000 Zenie in the shop. The Gold Membership Card will appear for purchase for a character that has spent over 100,000 Zenie in the shop. The Silver Membership Card will appear for purchase for a character that has spent over 1,500 Zenie in the shop.

By winning the previous levels you can unlock the next tournament levels. In order to do this you must purchase the capsule from the skill shop.
Adept Tournament

Once invited to fight against Gotenks at the tournament in Dragon Universe mode, visit Bulma in West City. Defeat Gotenks to unlock Omega Shenron.
When you unlock Uub (kill Kid Buu using the Spirit Bomb) he only has to fight 3 characters to end his game (you still get credit when fighting on super hard, Z, Z2, and Z3). However, don't collect the dragonballs after the first time you beat DU otherwise you will have to fight Omega Shrenron which is nearly impossible to do in any of the Z modes.
Defeat Recoome as Goku in Dragon Universe mode.
During the load screen if you rotate the stick things or press many buttons saibamen will grow and if you grow enough a red one will appear

Defeat Nappa in Dragon Arena when he broken is in. Note: Your level must be between 10 to 20.

character of high enough level.
In DU, the cards appear at the same place for each character every time.
For Goku, (probably the easiest character to get them with) they appear on an island just West-Northwest of the main continent. It doesn't matter how many times you go through DU, it is your character level that matters.

Go to Dragon Arena, pick your Saibamen. Then fight the highest level Yamcha you can fight. If you self destruct on him he will automaticly die as he does in the series.
Have 30,000 Zeni and go to the Skill Shop It will rarely appear. If you win the Adept or Advanced Tournament first, it may appear sooner.
After defeating Kid Buu with the Super Spirit Bomb, and before you go to fight in the World Tournament, go to one of the islands just north of where the compass is on the map. You will see a "???". Land there and you will get SSJ4 for Goku.
Note: You may have to complete Dragon Universe mode a few times before you do this.
After defeating Brolly, do not go to Vegeta or Bulm. Instead, first go to where the World Tournament area is found in Dragon Universe mode. Search around those islands and you should find a "???". Goku will begin saying things like his head is throbbing. He will turn
Super Sayian, then back to regular Goku. You can then go to Bulma or Vegeta.
Buy it at the Skill Shop for 30,000 Zeni (randomly), after you get the Black Membership Card.
After defeating Broly in Dragon Universe mode, defeat Gotenks at the World Tournament Arena.
On the Majin Buu map, defeat Omega Shenron as Goku.
On the Majin Buu map as Vegeta, enter all the red dots and other areas beside the red dots after every red dot event.
On the Majin Buu map, go to West City as Vegeta to see Bulma.

However, this may vary from game to game.

At the level select press circle and you will get the destroyed version of a stage. (Doesn't work on the levels inside buu,world tournament arena and the hyporvolic time chamber).
Normally, most ultimates will change a normal version of a map (with the explosion of the planet cutscene) to the destroyed version of that map. (if that map HAS one) However, only Frieza's ultimate the Deathball will trigger that cutscene and change Planet Namek to the destroyed version. Other character's ultimate such as Goku's Spirit Bomb will not change the map.
Note: that Frieza's Deathball MUST be
''sucessful'' (meaning will the power struggle) in order to change Planet Namek. Then relive the moment when Frieza and Goku fought before Namek exploded.

Complete Dragon Universe mode with all unlockable characters in that mode, including Broly, teen Gohan, and high school Gohan.

The first ball is by the white plains; around Red Ribbon Army Base.
The second ball is between the upper two main islands.

Level Up To Level 21 Glitch
Start a new story in DRAGON UNIVERSE then go to Kami's Lookout and level up. Then save your game data and quit
DRAGON UNIVERSE. Then start a new story again in DRAGON UNIVERSE and repeat this process until your Z fighter is at level 21.
Keep looking all around the map as soon as you start. Pick a point and go in a small angle so that you move out just a little bit at a time. You will see a marker appear with "?????". This may take some time, and you may find some money or capsules, but you will find the
Dragon Radar along with two Dragon Balls in the first area. Do the same type of search pattern on each area to find everything; even places to fight and level up, along with friends who will give you skills and even a level up or two.
To defeat the z modes easily start DU and play it till your last with very easy level. Before your last match turn your level to z and then beat the final fight and you will complete the game on z mode.

First, when you get up to Buu Saga, goto the Plains near Goku's House. After going there, fight Gohan as Majin Vegeta.
After you finished fighting him, keep going through the red parts of the map until you hit up to Kid Buu. Let Kid Buu beat you, then put No in the Continue screen. After that fly a bit back, and you'll see 2 reds touching eachother. Go push X on the left one, and you can fight Buu agian, but when you win, you can fight Broly.
Everytime you login to Cheat Masters and view the contest page you will be awarded 1 point towards winning in the next drawing (Limited to once every 24 hours). By referring people to Cheat Masters you will receive an extra 5 point for each one that creates an account.

Play Dragon Universe mode as Goku or Vegeta. Continue until you will get an invitation from Goten and Trunks to fight in a fusion battle instead of fighting Buu or Brolly. Win the fusion battle to get the Gogeta capsule.
Complete Dragon Universe mode as Teen Gohan.

The Black Membership Card will appear for purchase for a character that has spent over 250,000 Zenie in the shop. The Gold Membership Card will appear for purchase for a character that has spent over 100,000 Zenie in the shop. The Silver Membership Card will appear for purchase for a character that has spent over 1,500 Zenie in the shop.

Once invited to fight against Gotenks at the tournament in Dragon Universe mode, visit Bulma in West City. Defeat Gotenks to unlock Omega Shenron.
When you unlock Uub (kill Kid Buu using the Spirit Bomb) he only has to fight 3 characters to end his game (you still get credit when fighting on super hard, Z, Z2, and Z3). However, don't collect the dragonballs after the first time you beat DU otherwise you will have to fight Omega Shrenron which is nearly impossible to do in any of the Z modes.
Defeat Recoome as Goku in Dragon Universe mode.
During the load screen if you rotate the stick things or press many buttons saibamen will grow and if you grow enough a red one will appear

After defeating Kid Buu with the Super Spirit Bomb, and before you go to fight in the World Tournament, go to one of the islands just north of where the compass is on the map. You will see a "???". Land there and you will get SSJ4 for Goku.
Note: You may have to complete Dragon Universe mode a few times before you do this.
After defeating Brolly, do not go to Vegeta or Bulm. Instead, first go to where the World Tournament area is found in Dragon Universe mode. Search around those islands and you should find a "???". Goku will begin saying things like his head is throbbing. He will turn
Super Sayian, then back to regular Goku. You can then go to Bulma or Vegeta.
Buy it at the Skill Shop for 30,000 Zeni (randomly), after you get the Black Membership Card.
After defeating Broly in Dragon Universe mode, defeat Gotenks at the World Tournament Arena.
On the Majin Buu map, defeat Omega Shenron as Goku.
On the Majin Buu map as Vegeta, enter all the red dots and other areas beside the red dots after every red dot event.
