To raise the City Event Difficulty you must do the following:

Medium DifficultyComplete 10 City Events and Complete
"inexpugnable" Chapter 6.
Hard DifficultyComplete 20 City Events and Complete
"Class Trip" Chapter 8.

Sports Games Horse Racin Challenge the computer over 8 levels of racing. Fighter Fire balls towards the asteroids floating around match colors and destroy them. Soccer Play pocket soccer choose how many players you want and move them around pass the ball and score goals. Volleyball Jump up and spike as many balls over the net as you can before time runs out. Basketball Rally Shoot some hoops throw the ball into the basket and score points.
