You must have beaten the pokemon leage and have gotten the national dex to do this. All you have to do is get a pokemon you want to get to lv. 100 and your toughest pokemon. (This could take a while, but it works.) After your pokemon in training is about lv. 60, go to the pokemon leauge and use your lv. 60. (Don't let him die. If he gets weak, just switch to your tough guy!) After you complete the pokemon leage 2-4 times, put your tough guy in the pokemon centre. Then put him in the P. C. If you want to spot the Ghost Man's Grand-Daughter, do this.Beat the Pokemon League. Go to the Old Chateau in Eterna Forest. Go to the room on the 1st floor inbetween the stairs. Go around the table once. Leave and go to the room on the left side of the 2nd floor(Get the Old Gateau if need be.). Then go to the room in the middle of the 2nd floor. Start from the left and go to the right, entering in every room and looking in every trash can. How to upgrade trainer card: (These can be in any order) 1.Beat CHAMP 2.Complete Nat'l POKEDEX 3.All SUPER CONTESTS MASTER RANK completed 4.100 CONSECUTIVE WINS in the Battle Tower 5.PLATINUM FLAG in underground Here are some other helpful bits of info: 1.If you want a sphere to grow faster, bury it and save. Turn off. Set the DS Settings 3 Months forward. Wait a day. Dig up the sphere. Set the settings back. 2.Put a pokemon that you want to grow fast in the day care. Go to Fuego Ironworks. find a panel that is facing toward a wall. Hit that panel. Turn around and face the panel. Save. Celophane tape the arrow button facing the panel down, tape the B Button down, put DS in the charger, and leave it on all night. If you know what I meant, your pokemon will grow mucho LVLS. This is how to get a mystery gift: Go to the Jubilife TV station in Jubilife City. Go to the 3rd floor. Talk to the man in the lower room (he�s on the left). The first two words you tell him are ''everyone'' and ''happy''. the second two words are ''wi-Fi'' and ''Connection''. This will then unlock the Mystery Gift feature on the main menu. This is true that you can copy pokemon on Pearl and Diamond. This is a very precise art so if you don't get it the first time keep on trying. Log into Wi-Fi and deposit a pokemon, you need to put the pokemon you want as rare as you can get, a specific gender and at lvl 100. Then when it goes to the screen that says checking GTS status wait for the little clock in the bottom to go around 8 times and then shut off your game. If this is done correctly your screen should pop up with a message that says your data is corrupt and the previous saved file is being used, the file is fine. Look in your pokemon or in your box to make sure it is still with you, then log back in to Wi-Fi and you should see the summary button up instead of the deposit button. Then just with draw your pokemon and you should have two exact copies.

Want to be the best in a contest?	45%
Give the pokemon you use in contests a whole lot of Poffins, Poffins help to boost the amount of hearts you get from the crowd during the dress up stage of the contest. Another thing you want to do is take lots and lots of walks with pokemon and talk to it, in case it has an item (accessory, barry, etc.) in its hands. The more accessories you have the better you can do in the dress up stage. You may also want to practice the dance stage of the contest. Not to mention, be smart about what moves you use, combos are always great for a winning chance so practice and experiment, see what pokemon have combo moves. Lastly, it's ok to go for the chance at filling the box with stars, but others like to try it too so be sure to try and make yourself the first to preform(with agility or quick attack), but don't always go for the stars, you could be ahead of everyone else and probably not need it, it's ok if one is close behind you or you yourself are way behind in the contest. If you want a very strong pokemon it helps by having it know different type attacks. For example, rhypherior is very strong cause it can learn poison jab (poison), rock wrecker (rock), earthquake (ground), hammer arm(fighting), and megahorn (bug). Tms help maxamise your types. Also have your pokemon know a move that will trump its weakness. Rapidash is also a good one to maxamise your types.

Everyone says that you need a pokemon in the begining(but not your starter pokemon)that is strong enough to beat your rival but I always let my piplup train befor I go to jumble life city at mesprits lakeat level9 or 10 piplup will learn peck so yor rival allways starts with your pokemon weakness so that would be turtwig.so since piplup learns peck that would mean you can 1-hit k-o soon piplup will learn bubble and you can beat roark easilly
