Do this same thing 4 times and you will get a Expert Healer Medal. NOTE: Sometimes this won't work. 2. Expert Repair Medal: Take a car and Engineer kit, park it to water, when 4 heal restored, take a car and drive it to land,go to place 3 in the car and start repairing.
