WALKS: It is also important to take your pup for at least one walk per day to keep it fit and happy. But Nintendog walks are different from real walks in their own animated way. That is the time that they find you your presents! Sometimes there will be a hidden "?" mark. Usually that's where you find your gifts (in the "?" marks), but sometimes your dog may find a spare one laying on the sidewalk! Those presents are usually rarer. But, more realistically, you and your puppy will meet other trainers and their dogs on your walk. (Note: the trainers ARE NOT real people's dogs.) ADOPTING MORE THAN ONE PUP: Like in the real world, you can adopt more than one puppy on the game. To find them, you must go to the "Go Out" menu. Then select "Shopping". Then you can choose from shops "Interior Decorator", "Pet Supply", Secondhand Shop", and "Kennel". Select "Kennel", and tap on "Buy". Then you can choose a breed. The breeds depend on the version of the game that you have. St the beginning you have six breeds to choose from, but getting more trainer points and meeting people in Bark Mode adds up and eventually you will have access to all twenty breeds. After choosing a breed, and deciding which gender you want, choose your color. You have three different tones to choose from -- light, medium, and dark. Every dog (like your first one) will have a description of its personality. But be more careful on how it says that it does with other dogs. When you're satisfied with your choice, adopt it. Then the screen will say that you've selected your dog. It will save, then it will say to give it some time to get used to its new surroundings. Pet and play with it. Eventually, you will have to give it a name. When your ready to teach it its new name, say its name loud and clear and in the SAME TONE each time into the microphone. It may take up to seven tries for it to learn it, but even if it seems to take FOREVER, just be patient and it will pay off. Have fun with your new puppy! JACK RUSSELL TERRIERS: The rarest breed on the game would be the Jack Russell Terrier. You will unlock it by finding and item on your walk called the Jack Russell Book. Read the hints and cheats bellow to find out easier ways to get this magnificent breed. HINTS AND CHEATS: JRT: to get this breed in your kennel, find the JRT Book on your walk with your oldest dog. Wear the Lucky Collar and use the Clover CLock. Take many walks. Give your dog a jerkey treat and a dog biscuit before your walk. Be sure that your dog is beautiful, full, and quenched. Take it for a lond walk going over all of the "?" marks. Go to the park after getting all of the "?"s. At the park, you will change your dog's clothing into something else. Hit the arrow and it will say "Saving . . . Do not turn the power off". When it is done saving, turn your DS off. Turn it back on. Put the Lucky Collar back on your oldest dog. Go for a walk. You will be able to take another without having to wait twenty-five minutes. Your stamina will not increase, and nor will your trainer points. Do the same as you did on your previous walk. If you find the book, return home without turning the power off. The book will be under etc. under your supplies menu. Now you can adopt a Jack Russell Terrier! DIFFERENT THINGS MAKE A DIFFERENCE: every time you take a walk, wear a different clothing on your dog. You may want to take your oldest dog each time. Use the park trick again. I wore the Red Collar, which I never usually wear, and found a Santa Hat -- probably because of the color. HOLIDAYS: every holiday counts on Nintendogs. On New Years Eve and Day, wear the New Years Tiara and you will find something rarer on a walk. On Christmas, wear the Santa Hat on a walk. For Saint Patricks Day, try wearing something green (I am not completely sure if it'll work, but it should). On your birthday, have your dog(s) wear clothing from the party hat, party collar, and party glasses. Hint: to get the party collar, you have to at least have fifty thousand trainer points. On Halloween, your dog(s) should wear the orange leather collar. RARE ITEMS: to find rare items on walks, take great care of your pup(s). FREE PRESENTS: *HINT: the cheat that if you stay at an empty park for a half and hour and your dog will dig you up a present is NOT TRUE! *CHEAT: of you plug in your DS and leave it alone for a half an hour without startling or playing, petting, etc. with your dog(s) one of them will run away until you return, but don't get worried! They were just bored and left the house for a little. Hit the middle icon to call your dog back. As it runs into the room, you will notice that your pup has brought you back a present! THE FIREMEN HAT: to unlock the Dalmatian it your kennel, you must find the Firemen's hat on a walk. To make this easier, listen for the siren when your dog(s) begin to howl. Be sure that it is wearing something red -- such as a Santa Hat or a Red Leather Collar. Take it for a walk and go over all of the "?" marks. Then you should find the Firemen's Hat and unlock the Dalmatian! Tip: those of you who have the verison "Dalmatian and Friends" do not have to do this, as you should already have the Dalmatian in your kennel in the beginning. | To get Jack Russells in your kennel, you must find something called the "Jack Russell Book" while taking a walk. Bring your oldest dog. Feed it one jerkey treat and one dog biscuit before walking. Also, be sure that your dog is beautiful, quenched, and full. Pet your dog a lot and play with it often. Note: if you do not play with your dog much, it will not find the book easily. If someone you meet in via Bark Mode (Bark Mode) brings you the book, you will unlock them too. But back to walking. When drawing your route, go over as many "?" marks as possible. Tip: if the dog on the top screen has stopped moving, but your dog is still in motion, pull back on the lead. Doing this, you may either find a present or garbage that you dog SHOULD NOT EAT! But if it IS a present, it should be rarer than the ones found in the "?" marks. I suggest you also draw your path around the shorelines (beach areas) and the ranch lands (countryside). Be sure that your dog is wearing the Lucky Collar and you are using the Clover Clock. You will find these items on walks. But if you want a better chance of finding the book, I suggest this. After going over all of the "?" marks, draw your route to the park (empty or full -- it does not matter). Then head STRAIGHT back to your house without going or stopping ANYWHERE. When you arive at the park and you still didn't find the terrier book, change your dog's collar to something else. Hit the arrow (back) button and it should say "Saving. . . Do not turn the power off". After that you turn your DS off. You will still have all of the findings that you had found on your walk, but you can take another with the same dog! Note: by doing this, your puppy's stamina WILL NOT increase and your trainer points won't either. Repeat this and you should eventually find the Jack Russell Terrier Book. I found my book bu the countryside. To increase your chances, play with your dog(s) EVERY DAY and gain A TON OF TRAINER POINTS. Good luck on your search! Hope I helped! | ||

Then it has the body of.... uh..... well....an...Alien! Hee! Hee! But instead of a green body, it has a blue one! It is worth $600. Keep at least three and sell two of them. That'll give you $1,200. Keep three, sell 2, get $200. It makes a sound like this,"Bing" When it drops. Sort of like coins dropping to the floor, except deeper. The space shuttel is white, black, and red. It is shaped like (well, duh!) a rocket. It is worth I think $150. Keep three, sell two, get $300. YOU GUYS, I ALSO HAVE A QUESTION. SO LOOK AT THE QUESTIONS, PLEASE? IT IS ABOUT THE TOYS. | While walking, pull forward hard on your dog's lead to make it run. Watch the top screen as the dog icon covers the route you established. Sometimes, even though your dog is still running, the icon will stop moving. Pull back on your dog's lead at once, slowing to a walk. You will either see A) some rubbish or B) a present on the ground. If it's rubbish, make your dog run again, DO NOT LET HIM/HER EAT IT. If it's a present, pull back on the lead and your dog will see the present, pick it up and give it to you. A lot of rare items can be found in this way. | ||
