You can do this in Smuggler's Den, you should see a parrot flying on the island. Just take a coconut, use aim at the parrot, then just throw the coconut at the parrot. If you miss just keep on throwing the coconut until you hit the parrot.

Do 5 lady backflips in a row.

This is one is very simple, all you have to do is pick a girl character and do 5 backflips in row. Have an open space with no obstacles blocking your way while doing backflips.
After doing 5 backflips in a row, you will earn a Bronze trophy for the PlayStation 3 and 15 G points for the Xbox 360.
