| Are you tired of losing against garuda time after time. well if so I have a stratedgy that will ease the stress of getting a game over every time you face this stupid bird. firstly level to 15+ and bring some half decent ranged weapons for instance killer bows, vegas ,longbows ect ,ect. when you go in to battle blind garuda so it has less chance of hitting you. blinding him is very useful because his attacks do 600+ dmg. per hit which will kill your party in one or two hits. 600-900 at least. note:when blind wears of you should have almost deafeated garuda so there is no point on casting it on him again plus vossler will cast balance which does about 1300 dmg. blinding garuda is pretty much all there is to this fight. quikenings are useless since you can only get a 4 chain at most doing 2000+ dmg. it may sound a lot of dmg all but i'd rather not use them and not lose all my mp than use them and lose it all HOPE THIS HELPS GOOD LUCK WITH GARUDA! | ||

(You got fallow this intructions, that way the blizzard will not end.) When you're able to see it, There should be a crevace to run into where Fafnir won't be able to attack you physically, Cast reflect on all your party and use the fallowing Gambits: - Ally: Any - Thundaga Targetting an ally instead of Fafnir will cast Thundaga 3 times, instead of just once because it's an "area" magick atack. So in one round you're hitting him with Thundaga 9 times instead of just 3, and you'll be able to kill it without too much problems. | ||

| I might have overdone this, but it sure works with minimal time and effort. First equip everyone with spears, barbuts, iron armor and argyle armlets. This will give you maximum power/speed ratio. If you do not have the money nor LP to do this, go just west of the Sandsea Moogle in the the Sanscale Bank and you will find enemies called Alraune. Kill them all, go back to to the moogle and 1 screen east. This makes the monsters respawn and takes a little time, go back and kill them again. Steal succullent fruits and maces from them (set gambit) and they also drop succulent fruits very often. The maces sell at 900 gold but these fruits sell at 363 each and you can quickly build up 99 of of the fruits since you ccan respawn them quickly. If you want to keep the combo up, when you have 99 succulent fruits, flee all the way back to the merchant without touching a save crystal, sell them all for 35,937 gold, flee all the way back to the Alraunes and repeat the process as needed. Set all gambits to attack nearest and heal manually. Start with the people that do not have quickenings in case they get ejected from battle (with a little luck it will be Vossler) And use all quickenings at the end if needed. For higher level characters, just attack and you should even have time to steal. All my guys were level 17 – 20 and I had a little difficulty until Vossler was ejected instead of one of my party members, then it was easy. | ||

Make sure magick power is strong. First complete the hunts that the people in Jahara want you to kill. All I know is Catobles, Mindflayer, and dazzit but there are at least 3 more. Also, you must have 10 espers. Complete all this, and chat to one of the people in Jahara. I forgot the name so try talkin to all of em. He will tell you about the esper Zodiark and where it is. After that, go to Henne Mines and save your game on the crystal near the the place where you fought tiamat. After that again, go inot hte chamber where you fought tiamat. A new gate will be opened with new areas in henne mines. Once you go in, there will be no more save crystals. WARNING! The weakest creature you can face in the new area is an abysteel which has over 20,000 hp and leech will suck in about 4000 hp. So dont 4get to bubble which doubles your HP. There will be many traps along the way so use float. Then enter the area with the switch control thing. Set your gambits for all characters: Foe: any Sleepga Foe: any CuraJa ---------JA JA JA! not GA Put these gambits all the way to the top in that order. First sleepga then curaja. Then flick the switch. Instead of Jellies dropping down like in the other area, a mess of Abysteels will come down! Thanks to the gambits, sleepga will put them all to sleep and just in case one of em doesnt like bed time, you got your other chracter's gambit whcih should be the same. Then your characters will use curaja on all of them which lowers there HP alot because of: abysteels are undead/ oh yea, the undead can be killed by being cured/ DO NOT USE POTIONS. Also curaja can be much stronger depending on magick power.Then you will kill them all and earn over 8000 exp (i think or could be 6000) but thanks to the embroidded tippet, you get double so yaaaaay. All of your characters will level up during each round of abysteels but when your party level is about 85, it might take 2 rounds. XTRA: Having a problem with Zalera the esper cuz you cant attk and have to deal with all those zombies? EAZY! JUST USE CURAJA!!!!YAAAAAY! Then Zalera will die in about 5 minutes. hes a rank 2. | ||

| How to level up fast, and get alot of LP | 100% | |
| First of all, you need to get Golden Amulet and Embroidered Tippet. Have 3 party members equip with Embroidered Tippet, and the 3 reserve members equip with Golden Amulet. This way the ones that are out fighting gets bouble experience points, and those in reserve gets bouble LP. When they level up, switch them with the reserve members and also switch their accessories. If they have Golden Amulet switch to Embroidered Tippet, and if they have Embroidered Tippet switch them to Golden Amulet. I recomend doing this when you get both accessories. Here are some good places to level up: -LV 1-10, Giza PLains and Barheim Passage -LV 10-15, Dreadnought Laviathan -LV 15-20, Lhusu mines( run back and fourth on the Shunia Twinspan) -LV 20-27, Giza PLains( the Rains) -LV 27-31, Giza PLains( fight the Silicon Tortoises in Tracks of the Beast durin the Rains) -LV 31-60, Ozmone Plains, Zertinan Caverns, and Paramina Rift( do this solo, that means only one party member are out to fight and the rest is in reserve) -LV 60-99, The Henne Mines | ||

Raise is sort of like pheonix down, but the reason it's different is only because it's a magic. Raise costs around 22 MP, possibly 27. This can be extremly useful, because it gives you more HP than Pheonix down. It gets rid of KO. Buy an iron hammer for at least one party member. Buy extra potions, and keep Vossler alive. Great party members to use are Basch, Balthier, and Vaan or Fran. Dont take Penelo. You might wanna take Ashe for a healer, if not use Vaan or Fran as a healer. DEFINATLY use at least Balthier, Basch or possibly Fran. If not then Vaan. If you don't know how to get to the cloister of flame(I had trouble for about 3 weeks.), all you do is find the two gems in each area with those three waystones(ok actually above and below that main area, and when you touch the last gem you will see a passage, when that acient table thing raises down in the south part. | Deathbringer- attack 90, one hit KO *you can get this as soon as you get the dawn shard* ok so go through all that side quest to get the barheim key (im not writing it cause it is written everywhere already and its veryyy long). once you get the key, enter the barheim passage through the dalmasca eastersand. okay there are 2 new open paths now, one has a bunch of bombs and the other, to the left i believe, has toads and an adamtine thing. also disease traps so watch out. there are a few treasure cheats that contain loads of money in here but one is on the other side of a rock that a salimander is standing beside. a mimic could be inside it, although much harder than the ones that came out of the chests earlier on in the game of course. keep in mind it is a rare monster. so keep leaving and opening the chest until the mimic pops out. dont try to fight him unless you are getting this late in the game because most likely he is too hard (22000 hp). steal the deathbringer sword from him. equipping the theifs cuffs is a good idea. you can repeat this as many times as you like. once i stole the sword i ran like hell so good luck. *~Stacey~* | ||

| Levelling up getting too tedious once your average level is above 60? It's understandable since the game is designed to be possible for completion when you are level 60 (or even less), so there aren't many places where you can level up fast and easy after reaching 60. High-levelled optional bosses and rare games are an option, but they are not always available and comes by only every once in a while. The Necrohol of Nabudis may sound like a good place, but it is got wide hallways (possible ambush!) and different types of enemies with different elemental properties. So look no further: the Nabreus Deadlands' got what you need. Considering you are at 55-60, you might have defeated Roblon at Overlooking Eternity--accessible through a secret path in the Northwestern of The Slumbermead section of Nabreus Deadlands. Overlooking Eternity is a tiny, narrow area and has only one type of monster roaming inside after you defeated the Roblon: the Dead Bones. Now these are a pretty tough bunch and they are aggressively fast, but each could dish out about 1,100+ EXP when defeated. The trick is to cast a bunch of positive status on your party (Haste, Shell, and Regen at the least), have a tanker character equip a Holy Lance (or some other Holy-augmented weapon) and equip Embroidered Tippets which could double the EXP earned before entering Overlooking Eternity (while still in The Fog Mutters). Once inside, the Bones will quickly spawn like mad--even as high as five at a time--and there is a high possibility that you will be overwhelmed even when you are at 60. It's best that everyone in the party gangs up on one Bones at a time--this would allow you to focus on killing one faster before another comes forward. Don't split your party to take out many at once because these things have a considerable amount of HP and is very quick and generous on dishing out magic damage--most could take out 800-1,500 HP depending on your characters' levels and assigned equipments. Just kill ONE each at a time (unless you are very confident on your abilities) and proceed systematically to avoid more spawning than necessary. They will keep on spawning and then stop after a while (after about a chain of 20); take this short break to cure everyone and recast your positive status--avoid walking around when doing this because it would activate another spawn--then when you are ready just get moving and they will re-appear. An average day in Overlooking Eternity is a field day of at least a chain of 50 kills in a single entry--more than enough to obtain high-quality loots and tradeable goods, and since one Dead Bones gives you about 1,100 EXP, 50 would give about 55,000--doubled with the Tippet into more than 110,000: just do the math. When the spawning has completely stopped, just exit 2 screens (saving at a nearby Teleport Crystal would be a good idea) and enter again to find the spawning as good as new. If you did it right, depending on your level, a half an hour in this cozy little spot could guarantee for at least one level up for each active character. Good hunting. | ||

O_O There's a reason why there is a timer in quickening mode. The faster you make your decision on which character should perform a quickening next, the more time you will have in the next round. It's easier to make quick decisions at first, and then when you get to your 3rd hit, you will have more time to keep pressing R2 until a mist charge will show. Pressing the button that is assigned to that character, (eg; triangle button) will give them the mist charge, and then you press the button again to choose them to perform the next action. When the timer eventually gets too fast for you and ends the quickening chain, switch one active character with a person from the sideline. For example, if I had Basch, Ashe and Penelo out as a party, I would swap Penelo with Vaan. I then would use Vaan (who still has unused MP) to perform a quickening on the monster. When in Vaan's quickening mode, you can easily just keep pressing R2 again for mist charges. When you run out of quickening chains, you can just swap Vaan for another character, like Balthier. And have Balthier perform a quickening on the monster and keep trying to get the mist charges, etc etc. This way, you get 4 chances to bring the monster down with quickening chains. | ||

| So you've reached level 60 and ur probably ready to win the game, but if your a hardcore ff gamer than you want to make all your characters lvl 99. So here is the best way I have been able to do it and the best way I have seen so far. Once you've beaten practically every area and now its just time to win the game and do sidequests you want to get a few items. You want the zodiac spear, which is the most powerful weapon in the game, and the embroided tippet which gives you double exp. I started with Vaan (and when you do this take out the 2 other characters so the one your focusing on is alone). equip the zodiac spear, give him the best armor you have and equip the embroided tippet. Now teleport to giruvegan. Use the 2 teleport devices to get to the inside. There are 3 different levels of the area with only about 4 different types of monsters. With the zodiac spear and good armor you should be nearly invincible and every monster gives you over 2k, with the behemoths giving you closer to 4k exp. with the embroided tippet obviously it double so your banking 5-10k exp on every kill and most monsters will die within 1-3 strikes with the spear. It also helps to set only 3 gambits (trust me thats all you will need) set self-haste and self-regen and also attack closest enemy then you just sit back and walk through each area a good 2-3 times then move on and make sure to pick up all the goodies that get dropped because you gain so much items which actually can be cashed in pretty well. With this procedure I managed to level up a lv 60 character one level every 4-5 mins until they reach about 90, then from there on it might take 10-15 mins or so to get the last 9 lvs. Make sure you stop from time to time to go sell loot at any of the shops then return to giruvegan and keep going. All my characters now are lvl 99 and I have over 2million gil so trust me it works. It just takes a little time and dedication. Have fun!!! | ||

| A few more things that I've been doing that seem to work out well. A quick rundown: 1. Set the Party Leader's attack gambits as follows: Foe: HP Critical --> Attack, followed by Foe: Lowest HP --> Steal. I keep the Thief's Cuffs equipped on my leader, and the other 2 Party Members set to Foe: Party Leader's Target --> Attack. This way I'm always stealing good loot, and I can manually make the Party Leader help out the attackers if necessary. Also, all party members are focused on the same enemy, knocking it out quickly instead of spreading the damage around. Also, the Leader will automatically help finish off anything that is almost dead. (A wounded enemy still inflicts full damage:) 2. Since reserve party member status effects do not 'count down' and expire while the character is inactive, I've taken to casting every single positive status effect on every single character, and then just keeping the Party Leader out front to move around. That way the positive effects only 'count down' on the Leader (who I have stealing anyway), while the backups that I swap in to fight are totally buffed much of the time. Also, if the main party gets into trouble (such as in a powerful boss or hunt fight), I can swap in the entire reserve party and they are completely fresh and buffed with 9 fresh Mist Charges: (I'll generally camp next to a Save Crystal with the 'reserve' party out front, and cast Protect(ga), Shell(ga), Bravery, Faith, Haste(ga), Regen, Bubble, Float, and Vanish(ga) (last ;-) on them all, then swap in the 'main' party and do the same thing, and then put the 2 non-leaders into reserve so their status effects will not count down. Now, just touch the Save Crystal and the leader's on his way:) 3. I also keep Ally: Any --> Haste and Ally: Any --> Regen gambits on all characters, down at the bottom. These are useful and inexpensive, and the MP's used are easily regenerated before either effect expires. 4. Umm: That is about it. Have a nice day! :-) | ||

During the battle with Gilgamesh (the rank VII mark given to you by Montblanc named "Ancient Mystery Man"), he will pull out various swords that are from previous Final Fantasy games. Gilgamesh will hold up to 8 since he has 8 arms. The more famous swords include Cloud's Buster Sword, Squall's Gunblade, Tidus' Brotherhood, and Sephiroth's Masamune. The strange thing is all of these swords have some changes to their previous forms. For example, Cloud's Buster Sword has a Japanese symbol on it. Tidus' Brotherhood has a hook at the end on both sides instead of just the bladed part. One of the NPCs in the City Of Arcades, refers to an acting troupe by Tantulus. This is the same acting troupe that Zidane belongs to in Final Fantasy 9. If you return to Rabanastre after leaving Balfonhiem, there is a NPC located across from Migelo's Sundries. He claims that his friend counted people at the fete at the start of the game. He says that the count may even include the "spoony bards". This could be a reference to the classic Final Fantasy 4 line spoken by Cecil, "Oh, you spoony bard." There are several references to Aeons (Final Fantasy 10). There is a place called Sky Fortress Bahamut. Bahamut is the name of the 5th Aeon you receive in FF10. There are 2 airships called The Ifrit and The Shiva. These are the names of the 2nd and 4th Aeons obtained in Final Fantasy 10. One more references is one of Montibecs elite marks is Ixion. That is the 3rd Aeon obtained in FF10. | Demonsbane In the Tomb Of The Great King (King Thornwall or whatever name ends with the word wall), there is a secret door in the tomb that gives you the Demonsbane sword, which adds +59 to attack. After you defeat the two Demon walls in the main corridor there will be three teleport pedestals. The middle one takes you back to the beginning of the tomb. The others need to be activated. Take the right path and explore the area until you reach a room with a jewel in the wall. Activate the jewel. An altar will rise and give you a brief description of what it is. Take the teleporter pedestal back to the others. Then, take the left path. Explore the area to find another jewel in a room. Activate it and an altar will lower, leading you to the room with Belias. However, do not go this way yet. Backtrack to the room with the activated jewel and teleporter pedestal. Take it back to the others, then take the first pedestal back to beginning. If you defeated the first Demon wall, behind where the demon wall was located is another jewel. Activate it, then take either of the new stairways to the secret area that does not show up on the map which are to the left and the right. When you go through the doors you can take either way to the bottom. However, be careful as there will be many high level elementals that fall from the ceiling. At the very bottom of the staircases, go towards the middle. There will be a chest which contains the Demonsbane. During the first trip to Raithwall's tomb make sure to be at least level 17 and have Quickenings. Fight and defeat the first Demon Wall you encounter. The best way is to use a Quickening chain to start off. You can also set the game speed to fast because this optional Boss is not affected by it. Make sure you do at least 6,000 to 8,000 damage during your Quickening chains. If you run out of MP, either use an Ether or just change that character with another who also has Quickening(s). You will probably have to fight it out at the end of your chains. When you defeat this Boss, go back and save. Then, continue over the bridge where you defeated the first Demon Wall and proceed through to defeat another, who is pretty easy. Once this is done, go back to where the first Demon Wall was located and you will see a glowing stone. Touch it to reveal two staircases. Go down either of them and follow the path down. You do not have to fight the enemies encountered -- just run past them. You will reach a chest which has a 30 to 40% chance of being the Demonsbane. If the chest is different, quit the game, return to the title screen, and repeat. You can keep doing this until you get as many Demonsbane as desired. They can also be sold for 3,000 Gil each. Note: This requires some patience and time. Feather Of The Flock When in the Giza Plains during the Rain season, there are five withered trees on the banks of the water. Knock them all down and they will float down the river and cause a path to form in the south bank. Cross it and go all the way to the southeast corner to find an urn. Open it and you will get the Feather Of The Flock. It gives you a bond with Cockatrices. Ragnarok To get the Ragnarok with 109 attack power, you must pass the Pharos at Ridorana. After you pass the Pharos, go to the clan hall and talk to Montblance. He will give you a special hunt to kill Ixion. Once accepted, go back to the Pharos at Ridorana. You must be at least level 66. Purchase a Golden Axe for 18,000 Gil and some Echo Herbs and Eye Drops. Equip the Golden Axe to your strongest character. It will take a ranged damage of 1 to 9,999. Make sure you have three Bubble Belts to double your maximum HP. To find him, go to the lift just when you get in and take it up to Penumbra. It will require a few attempts to find and kill him. Once you do, go back to the petitioner and he will give you the Ragnorok. Zodiac Spear Open all treasure chests in the game except the following: 1. Treasure chest in Lowtown, outside of Old Dylan's place. 2. When sneaking into the palace (before getting the Goddess Tear), there are several chests in the Cellar. They only contain Gil. Then, go to the Necrohol of Nabudis to find the most powerful weapon in the game, the Zodiac Spear. It has a +150 Attack with +8 Evasion. Adrammelech Esper This Esper is located at Athroza Quicksands in Zertinan Caverns. The place where you fight him has many other monsters that join him. Do not attempt to fight him until you can routinely kill a numerous amount of level 40 monsters at the same time. Keep in mind he is not summoning them. If you can keep from pushing the battle to areas you have not yet walked on you should be able to stop them from springing up from the ground. One monster spawns for about every one or two square feet in relation to your character. Cuchulainn Esper Cuchulainn is located in the Garamsythe Waterway's No. 1 Cloaca under Rabanastere. To get there, complete the "Waterway Haunting" and "Lost In The Pudding" hunts to open the way to get the Sluice Gate Key. Once you have the key, go to Waterway Control and follow these steps to get to the Esper: 1. Begin by closing the No. 3 and No. 10 controls in the Central Waterway Control. 2. Enter the No. 3 Cloaca Spur and use the No. 1 South Waterway Control at the end. 3. Return to the Central Waterway control and open No. 3 and No. 10. 4. Close No. 4 and No. 11, then enter the No. 4 Cloaca Spur and use the No. 1 North Waterway control. 5. Return to the Central Waterway Control again and open No. 11 and close No. 3. 6. Enter the No. 1 Cloaca and find the Boss at the low point on the south end. Save the game before the battle. Exodus Esper This Esper becomes available after you battle Cid in Draklor Laboratories. Go to the Babbleing Vale in the Moshphoran Highwastes. One of the villagers there by one of the shires will tell you that the shrines have started working, but he is not sure what they do. Activate the three eastern wind ones first (northeastern, eastern, and southeastern). You can only activate three at a time. Look at your map and you will see three new marks on it that indicate bridges have formed to areas you could not reach previously. Next move east to the Rays of Ashen Light section and find the Chocobo in the northern section. Feed him a Gyshal Green and ride him through the newly opened area to the end where you will see a path leading onward blocked by bushes that only a Chocobo can cross. This will take you to the Sky Reach Ridge section on the western side of the Vale. From here you can enter the Vale and activate a shrine that was out of reach before. Once you have gone north of the shrine to the big boulder, you will find a section that you can break to clear a path into the Vale. You must now activate one more shrine to get access to Exodus. It is the north or northwestern shrine check your map to be sure. It will open a place near the last shrine you activated on the northern part of Sky Reach Ridge. Next, go back to Sky Reach Ridge and fight him. Part way through the battle he will become immune to physical attacks. He is very good at keeping up his reflect barrier. Make sure to dispel it before hitting him with magic. He has some very powerful magical attacks, like flare. Zalera Esper First, complete the "Dalmasca's Desert Bloom" hunt. Go back to Dantro after the hunt and he will ask you if you can bring the "Cactus Flower" to his wife in the Estersand South bank village. Go there and find his wife. She will reward you for coming with a buddle of neetles. Exit and reenter and she will ask for some Semclan Shells. There are two sitting on the shore in the area they are glowing glints. Next, she will ask for Nebralim. Go back to Dantro and he will say they are near crates, but they are really on top of the tall boxes. Get two of them and go back. Next on the list is Valeblossom Dew. They are always near a white tree in the broken sands area. Get three and return. Then later in the game go back. Talk to her to learn that the patient has made a full recovery and is behind her house. He is actually a traveler hunter that will give you the item you need to get Zalera. It is called the "Barheim Key". Use it on the "Weather-beaten door" in the area that is left of the village going south. Make your way to Terminus 7 and just keep going through there. Soon you find there is no way to get to the next bridge. Just look for a mine cart that is on the right-hand side and press X. There will be what seems to be an endless army of the undead on your way. Save at Terminus 7 Adjunct before the fight. Defeat the Boss to get the Zalera Esper. In the Phon Coast, later in the game, there is an island with sixteen chests all near each other. The fourth chest among all sixteen must not be opened, so it is best not to open any of them. They only contain Gil. Then, go to the Necrohol of Nabudis to find the most powerful weapon in the game, the Zodiac Spear. It has a +150 Attack with +8 Evasion. # Adrammelech Esper This Esper is located at Athroza Quicksands in Zertinan Caverns. The place where you fight him has many other monsters that join him. Do not attempt to fight him until you can routinely kill a numerous amount of level 40 monsters at the same time. Keep in mind he is not summoning them. If you can keep from pushing the battle to areas you have not yet walked on you should be able to stop them from springing up from the ground. One monster spawns for about every one or two square feet in relation to your character. # Cuchulainn Esper Cuchulainn is located in the Garamsythe Waterway's No. 1 Cloaca under Rabanastere. To get there, complete the "Waterway Haunting" and "Lost In The Pudding" hunts to open the way to get the Sluice Gate Key. Once you have the key, go to Waterway Control and follow these steps to get to the Esper: 1. Begin by closing the No. 3 and No. 10 controls in the Central Waterway Control. 2. Enter the No. 3 Cloaca Spur and use the No. 1 South Waterway Control at the end. 3. Return to the Central Waterway control and open No. 3 and No. 10. 4. Close No. 4 and No. 11, then enter the No. 4 Cloaca Spur and use the No. 1 North Waterway control. 5. Return to the Central Waterway Control again and open No. 11 and close No. 3. 6. Enter the No. 1 Cloaca and find the Boss at the low point on the south end. Save the game before the battle. # Exodus Esper This Esper becomes available after you battle Cid in Draklor Laboratories. Go to the Babbleing Vale in the Moshphoran Highwastes. One of the villagers there by one of the shires will tell you that the shrines have started working, but he is not sure what they do. Activate the three eastern wind ones first (northeastern, eastern, and southeastern). You can only activate three at a time. Look at your map and you will see three new marks on it that indicate bridges have formed to areas you could not reach previously. Next move east to the Rays of Ashen Light section and find the Chocobo in the northern section. Feed him a Gyshal Green and ride him through the newly opened area to the end where you will see a path leading onward blocked by bushes that only a Chocobo can cross. This will take you to the Sky Reach Ridge section on the western side of the Vale. From here you can enter the Vale and activate a shrine that was out of reach before. Once you have gone north of the shrine to the big boulder, you will find a section that you can break to clear a path into the Vale. You must now activate one more shrine to get access to Exodus. It is the north or northwestern shrine check your map to be sure. It will open a place near the last shrine you activated on the northern part of Sky Reach Ridge. Next, go back to Sky Reach Ridge and fight him. Part way through the battle he will become immune to physical attacks. He is very good at keeping up his reflect barrier. Make sure to dispel it before hitting him with magic. He has some very powerful magical attacks, like flare. # Zalera Esper First, complete the "Dalmasca's Desert Bloom" hunt. Go back to Dantro after the hunt and he will ask you if you can bring the "Cactus Flower" to his wife in the Estersand South bank village. Go there and find his wife. She will reward you for coming with a buddle of neetles. Exit and reenter and she will ask for some Semclan Shells. There are two sitting on the shore in the area they are glowing glints. Next, she will ask for Nebralim. Go back to Dantro and he will say they are near crates, but they are really on top of the tall boxes. Get two of them and go back. Next on the list is Valeblossom Dew. They are always near a white tree in the broken sands area. Get three and return. Then later in the game go back. Talk to her to learn that the patient has made a full recovery and is behind her house. He is actually a traveler hunter that will give you the item you need to get Zalera. It is called the "Barheim Key". Use it on the "Weather-beaten door" in the area that is left of the village going south. Make your way to Terminus 7 and just keep going through there. Soon you find there is no way to get to the next bridge. Just look for a mine cart that is on the right-hand side and press X. There will be what seems to be an endless army of the undead on your way. Save at Terminus 7 Adjunct before the fight. Next, go to the south-east section of Port of Balfonheim, which is the road to Airship Terminal. Find the old fishing man around the crates area and talk to him twice, then choose the first option. Move away from the old man, but do not leave this area yet. After a bit, go back to the same place and the old man will be gone. Examine the fishing rod there to get Muramata. Go back to Dalmasca Eastersand and give the Muramata to Ruxera to start the fishing mini-game. # Bonus fishing spots Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding fishing spot in the fishing mini-game: Master Den: Fish up Saboten Crest in the Secret Reaches. To gain near immortality, set all party member's Gambits to "If HP < 70" and "Cure" ~. Your party members will now constantly cure you and your MP will always regenerate. If you run out of MP, add another Gambit to use potions "If HP < 30". # Leveling up faster If your characters are strong, consider removing one or two from the active party list. This will enable you to get more experience from enemies instead of it also going to the other characters. For example, a 300 EXP monster can turn into a 900 EXP for your character by removing two characters from the active party list. # Easy experience Use the following trick to gain a lot of experience early in the game. You should be at least level 10 (or 300 to 400 HP) before attempting this. To do this fast, you must have one character's first quickening. It will work using regular attacks, but will take a lot longer. First, go to the Giza Planes/Crystal Glade and save at the save crystal. This is the place where you found the little boy when making the Sunstone. Set your battle type to active so that you can trigger your action as soon as possible. Go out into the Giza Planes/Starfall Field (left link) and find the werewolves. Do not get too near yet. If you have a quickening ability, attack the closest werewolf with it. Once the ability finishes, run back to the Crystal Glade (top right link) and touch the stone to heal both HP and MP, then go back again. Save the game every time you kill one of the werewolves. Once you kill both, save and restart the PlayStation 2 to repopulate the level. When alone, each kill should give you 1,000 to 1,500 experience points. About three kills are required to level up at level 14. The tactic works the same way when in a party. Note: This trick requires the ability to go to Old Arcades and have an Esper to summon. If you want to increase the experience of a character quicker, purchase an Embroidered Tippet for 5,000 Gil from the Seeq near the enterance. Buy the licenses for the accessory and equip it, then get that character an Esper. Find an area full of enemies to summon your Esper and do so. Let the Esper start killing. Every enemy killed by an Esper gives you x3 experience, and with the Tippet equipped, it doubles for a total of x6 experience. Doing this will upgrade any character very quickly. Go to the Lhusu Mines and only battle skeletons as you run through it. As you begin to build up, steal from them as much as possible. You will collect Bone Fragments from them, even after a defeat. Each skeleton will give you about about 150 experience points each time. It is possible to reach a 83 level chain with 53 bone fragments in about fifteen minutes. If you run out of skeletons in a certain area (the bridge way), run to the area where the scene with the Nethicite took place earlier. Face a few there and work your way back to the bridge to build it up once more. You will also gain something for your collection for the 50 or more Battle Chain completion. At the Dreadnought Leviathan, after defeating the two judges and the soldiers, go inside the room and save the princess and save the game. Once you go outside an intermission sequence sill start. There is an alarm sounding, and there are unlimited soldiers that you can fight. Do not use potions and other items. Try to save them and use magic more. Once you are low on health you can go back into the save room and refill your health and MP. Keep doing this for easy experience and AP. You can also use stealth as much as desired. The Henne Mines is one of the best spawning places of Pats that result in about 192 to 200 experience points when you have four people. Do this when Larsa is a guest and has infinite potions. Also, you can fight the Jellies that appear. One part of this map has many Jellies that appear all at one time. Try pulling off a Mist: Inferno or Cataclysm. Note: It is recommended that all your characters have their Gambits turned on to Foe Nearest: Fira so that you attack the slimes with weakness to fire. It is also recommended that a character equip Golden Armlets to double the amount of LP earned. The easiest way to build a chain is to turn you Gambits on in the junction then turn them off and run to another area. Return to the junction and turn them back on. This will allow you to build a very good chain, and with the Monograph for jellies you can get 99 vials of Yellow Liquid quickly, which sell for about 50,000 Gil. Accept the Vorpal Bunny Hunt. Go to the petitioner, Neru (Eruyt Village/Spiritwood), then go to the village entrance and talk to the nearby Moogle merchant. Buy as many Phoenix Downs as possible. Make your way to the mark at Golmore Jungle/The Rustling Chapel. In this area you will fight the regular enemies. Make sure you kill all enemies in the area but do not kill the bunny. This mark will not even want to fight you, which makes your job easier. Once all enemies are gone dark skeletons will appear and keep respawning. Set your party leaders first Gambit to Foe, Undead/Phoenix Down, or anything you have available. The party leader will detect the skeleton. Shoot it with a Phoenix Down to kill it within a few seconds. For each kill you will get either 912 or 974 experience points and 1 LP for one second of fighting. With the Golden Amulet you will get 2 LP per kill. The skeleton will drop either Dark Magacite and/or Sturdy Bones. You can build a battle chain easily. When you are done you can go back to Eruyt village and sell all your items. Buy more Phoenix Downs and repeat as many times as desired. Just make sure not to kill the bunny yet. Equip Thief's Cuffs (a better chance to steal rare loot gloves). Go to the Tchita Uplands and steal from the Coeurl. You can get the Embroidered Tippet which doubles the experience for the character in use, making all enemies in the Tchita Uplands worth over 1,000 experience points each. # Easy Gil The easiest way to gain money fast at the beginning of the game is to do the first hunt mission. Also, Steal from the Cactoid in the Eastern Sands. You will Steal a Cactus Fruit usually. This sells for about 77 or more Gil each, allowing you to get a decent amount of money to start the game. Once you can access the Salikawood after the Mosphoran Highwaste in Nabradia you can do this trick. Go north into the section of Salikawood called Quietened Trace. There should be a Gate Crystal. Save the game and switch to just one character. This character should be able to equip the Thief's Cuffs accessory. Enter the Grand Bower section of Salikawood. The Giant Bomb optional Boss will appear. Steal from it, then exit the area. Heal at the crystal and repeat as much as desired. The three items you can steal from him are Bomb Shell (common) which sell for about 900 Gil each Fire Crystal (uncommon) which sell for about 100 Gil each and the Bomb Fragment (rare) which sell for about 2,000 Gil each. After defeating the optional Esper, Zeromus (Stilshrine of Miriam), you can reenter the Throne Of Veiled Gods and chain the Dark Lords. The Dark Lords drop Blood-Darkened Bones that sell for a little over 1,400 Gil each. Once you reach a decent chain, each Dark Lord can drop up to four Blood Darkened Bones, worth about 5,600 Gil. After attaining 99 bones, use the Teleport Stone to go to an area with a store (Mt. Bur-Omisace recommended it has a merchant near the Teleport Stone). Sell all your items. The 99 bones will result in about 140,000 Gil. Also sell the Dark Crystals, Pebbles, Capricorn Gems, etc. Keep the Teleport Stones. You will occasionally find Dragon Mails from them as well (worth 6,250 Gil each). To respawn the Dark Lords, just leave and return to the map via the Waystone (use it three times). The Dark Lords should have respawned. In the Easternsands, steal from the Cactus. Once in a while you will obtain a Broadsword which sells for 200 Gil each. # Easy experience and Gil While going through the Nam-Yensa Sandsea, go to the northern most part of The Sandscale Bank. You will encounter an enemy named Bagolys. They are worth 448 to 676 experience points each and can drop Bent Staffs, which are worth approximately 1,300 Gil each. Fight them, leave, then come back. Repeat this as much as desired. On the mission of the Blue Basilisk "Nidhogg", one of the parts of the roads is a place where lots of skeletons keep appearing. If they stop, go off two maps then return. The skeletons will respawn. This requires a lot of patience, but it will result in both experience points and Gil because you get Bone Fragments and Iron Helms which sell for 182 and 300 Gil respectively. Use the following trick for easy mid-game Gil and LP. After you complete Henne Mines, get the Fira spell. Go to the southeastern Pithead Junction. Push the button and kill all the Jelly Fiends. Then flee, to not break the chain, up and west two rooms total to make the Jelly Fiends respawn. Then flee back and kill them again. To obtain a higher chain quicker, try not to pick up any loot until you have killed the all. Fira is recommended, as it is an area damage and they are weak against fire. When you have about 99 Yellow Liquid, teleport to Eruyt Village. You should have gotten a lot of teleport stones as well. Sell all the loot, teleport back, and repeat. One round should take about twenty minutes and result in 60,000 Gil plus a lot of LP and experience. # Easy MP To quickly generate MP, run in a tight circle, and you will see your MP increase at a faster rate. - # Easy LP When you are doing the God or Devil hunt, on the first floor that you visit on the elevator trip to Penumbra, you will encounter a creature called a Magic Pot. Do not attack it immediately. If you have to, turn gambits off. If you attack it when you see it, there is a good chance you will die. If attacked, it will be immune to your attacks and magic. The only way to kill it is to wait until a message appears stating that it craves an item. If you have the item it wants, use it on the Magic Pot. It will then become ecstatic and begin hopping around the room. You can now attack it without it attacking you. Once you kill it you will be rewarded 0 experience points, but 123 LP. Equip the accessory that doubles LP earned to get the most out of each kill. Make sure you have already accepted the Cluckatrice Mark at Giza Plains. Next, make sure you are at a good level (about level 40) and can easily defeat the Cluckatrice. Go to the south bank and kill all the enemies there. Then, go to the left and enter the nomad village and immediately go back out. There should only be a little yellow Chickatrice rolling around a few steps ahead. Attack the Chickatrice to get the Cluckatrice to run out. Once it comes out kill it. You should gain 6 LP. Hold R2 and flee back into town. Make sure that you do not kill all three Chickatrice or else you will not be able to repeat this. In town, heal up and do whatever else necessary. You can now go back out again and repeat the process as much as desired. You will get 6 LP each time and 12 LP if you have the Golden Amulet equipped. Make sure you have not completed the mission yet. Also, do not save the game. If you do you must kill all the enemies again before it comes back out. Finally, do not go to any other screen than the town or the south bank or you will have to fight the enemies again. Go to the Ogir-Yensa Sandsea and stay on the platforms. Kill the Urutu-Yensas and get your chain as high as possible. If you see a tomato, or the "fire elemental", just get away from it. After getting a chain of about 106, you can obtain over 800 LP for your characters with Golden Amulets, and over 400 for those without. # Easy Restoration Find a place without any mobs, then run around until your Magick bar is completely full. You can then heal and remove status effects from your allies without using any potions or special items. Note: This may take a long time depending on your level. # Easy Quickenings To perform Quickenings more easily, hold R2 when Triangle, Square, and X are not displayed, then quickly tap Triangle + Square + X. This will assist in capturing more repeat attacks, multiplying the damage you inflict on enemies. Use less MP for Quickenings To perform Quickenings without using much MP, remove all but one member from the active party list. Perform the Quickening, then once it expires and all MP is gone for that character, add another character with full MP to your party (two total characters now). Initiate their Quickening, then continue rotating in and out one character with full MP. This will enable you to use character Quickenings over and over again without draining everyone's MP at once. You can use other character's Quickenings regardless of whether they have MP or not as long as the one who initiated the act has MP. If you do this with all characters having MP, they will all lose their MP Max, which cuts down attack value by three times. # Saving health Although the Javelin and other weapons have a great attack, it is recommended you only use weapons that allow the use of a shield in the off-hand. When the shield is not equipped, allies die much faster. -From: Gregory # Gaining notoriety While you are in the floating palace and need to gain popularity by claiming to be Captain Bosche, the best way is to just walk into a store and press Square. However, be careful and make sure that a guard is not facing you or you will lose a lot of notoriety. When trying to convince the people of Bhujerba that Bash is alive, seek out the City Pasijanahs (always holding books). They increase the Notoriety bar by nearly 20% per pie. Make sure the Bhujerbas Sainikahs are not too close when doing this. # Stronger characters To make your characters much stronger at low levels, complete all Gambit portions of the license chart and get all the physical lores. After completing that, your characters will be very strong. For example, if you are level 37 and completed that portion, you will be able to defeat level 45 to 48 monsters. # Bazaar items All merchants in the game take part in the Bazaar system. The Bazaar often offers exclusive deals and bargains based upon the amount of loot you have sold to merchants. The loot is used to make item packages that are often cheaper than normal, or are exclusive to the Bazaar. | I saw a few cheats about switching a couple high leveled characters out for low levels so when Zodiark uses darkja you'll still be alive and be able to use arise, but a better thing is, and I never lost a single character due to death from doing this right after trying like 3 times before hand, equip your characters with a set of bone mail or bone helm which halve dark elemental attacks, and if you have gambits set with bubble protect haste, shell, etc. etc. and have high weapons you wont have to worry about much defense, until near the end when he starts becoming immune to physical damage, and use high level black magic such as scathe. | ||

| Level 99 Wild Saurian (WARNING) | 98% | |
| The Wild Saurian can be found in the Dalmasca Eastersand. Make sure your party level is at 99 because this is going to be VERY tough. Also, have dark matter with you. Turn off your gambits first. Then find the Wild Saurian. Once you find it, DO NOT ATTACK IT YET. Find some wolves that are close to the area around the Wild Saurian. Then let a pack of wolves attack you. If you have good armor, then the attack will just be 0. Lure the pack of wolves to the Wild Saurian by walking. That way, if you just run and go too far from the wolves, they will not chase you anymore. Once the wolves are near the Wild Saurian, the Wild Saurian will use cannabilize on each wolf. Then use Libra and check the Wild Saurian's level, it should be about a level 72 after cannabalizing about 8 wolves. Find more wolves. Repeat these steps until the Wild Saurian becomes a level 99. This should take only about 15 minutes. The Wild Saurian will also have about 13500 HP. Now, attack it if you want. Once you do, the Wild Saurian will react to you and attack you. Each attack will do 9999 damage no matter how strong your armor is. Now, if you have weapons such as a tournesol or a zodiac spear, try attacking the Wild Saurian with them. They will only damage the Wild Saurian from 0 to 50!!! Trust me because i have experienced it. If your characters keep dying, use the dark matter item. It will kill the Wild Saurian with a total damage of 50,000. | ||

| Here's the trick. First off, spend every single dollar you have on phoenix downs. Try to get a minimum of 25. Then go to the Westersand, 'Sand Corridor', and stay RIGHT next to the border between areas. Now hit yourself until you are at less than 10% HP. A unique monster called Dustia will spawn. Use a Phoenix Down on it IMMEDIATELY (or else Dustia wil get a Dark off and kill you), and it will die. Now, as it is dying you run back across the border to the other area. You MUST cross before the numbers for experience and LP show up. Then cross back, and Dustia will reappear. Repeat over and over again, and if you are quick you can grab the (extremely good) loot it drops before you run over the border. It gives you 1000xp, 6 LP and the Books of Origan it drops are worth 538 Gil each. I got to level 21 with over 20000 gil by chaining this monster in under an hour. Best done with Vaan alone before you meet any other characters. | ||

| After you have found penelo on the flying continent in the mine (forgot the name of it) you can go back to where there were a group of bad guys who you ran from and grind. In the last 2 sections of map in the mine only skeletons resurect, giving you a great place to give you the advantage in later levels. i recommend grinding when you are at level 12 on all characters. when i did this i got a chain of 200+ which will give you a 99% chance of drops from monsters and most of the time a benificial effect, such as protect or shell. the main drop from these monsters are bone fragments and dark stones. by the time you get a chain of 200, you would have your characters to about lvl 18 and enough loot to get you roughly 12,000 Gil. repeating this can help funds but will only help levels so much. Another good thing about this is you get 1 LP for each monster. 1 trip of a 200 chain can buy a big chunk of licence board for each character. This will also increase the lvl of new guest or party members and give then more base LP | ||

In the room with pandoraif you go to the top left hand corner your character should have ??? above his head press x and the merchant should appear. He sells maximilians, magepowershishaks,(Which for one of each costs 32,000gil) Demon shields( i think cost 40,000gil i can't remember.) He sells ethers and telekenisis and scathe. (scathe costs 18,000 gil) You may need quite a bit of money but it is worth it for the stuff | ||

Heal everyone and ran about to get your MP up(If u have a quickening this is useful, as it drains most of ur mp).Go inside and there is a scene. It would have been easier with vossler but u dont have him, so u have to work well. use all quickenings at the start if u have them. Otherwise set one persons gambits to Ally-Hp70% or lower - Cure. Keep attacking and dont use magick, because it wastes mp and dosent do anything to him. When sum1 dies, which is likely, swap them with sum1 else who isn't in the party at the time. I started with Balthier, Basch, Fran. I got fran to cure everyone and the other 2 to attack ghis. Once you run out of swaps use pheonix downs to heal every one. Plus hi-potions are very useful, if u have any. Just keep attacking and quickening to kill him. At the start he has the soldiers with him. Kill them first. If u brought a weapon, but can not equip ti, use lp now. If u do this u'll have no trouble with him | ||

Equip one party member with low magic (Basche) with the Nethicite. This will make magicks take half damage. Evil Slayer is very helpful if you have it as well. Before entering the altar to Belias, have Fran cast Protect and Shell on all your characters. Now have Vaan do the healing for the party and Basche do the attacking. Try and have Fran cast Water and Slow. When Belias is less then 40% of heaklth, he will cast Firaja. Firaja creates an Oil status which makes fire do a lot more damage. Now it is time to use the Handkerchiefs you bought ealier to prepare. Cure this with the Handkerchiefs, and cast Protect and Shell on Basche. Keep at it and you will acquire Belias as your 1st Esper. WITH THE DIAMOND ARMLET, THE TREASURE CONTAINS A TOURNESOL, A ZODIAC SPEAR, WYRMHERO, ULTIMA BLADE, MAXIMILLIAN, DARK MATTER, ETC WITH A 100% CHANCE!!!!!!! | Ok guys, it's not really a cheat, it's an anti cheat. You know the guy who wrote about the ultimate glitch..well there is no ultimate glitch! I did an experiment, I had an early save file, where I did not open the chests in the phon coast. Then I went to necrohol and found the chests. I reloaded the game again(the same file),went to phon coast, opened all the chests, and there were no chests in necrohol. I reloaded the same file again, opened only half of the chests in phon coast, then I went to necrohol, and only found 8 chests there. I'm not finished yet! I opened 4 of these 8 chests, therefore I left 4, went to phon coast again...and GUESSS WHATTT?! yess, I found only 4 chests in the phoncoast. All this concludes that the ultima glitch of that guy, the one that if you open the treasures in the necrohol the same wayyyyy you open them in the phoncoast you will find a great weapon in henne mines(zodiac spear, tournesol, wyrmhero sword)...is untrue and a myth! | Here's what to do. Put just the SECOND most strongest person in your party. [Why? Because they have a better chance of surviving if the spell(s) wear off!] Have them cast either Stop, Immobilize [or any spell that prevents them from moving completely] on themselves. Once you have done that, put your normal party leader in your party, so it should just be the leader and the person with Stop/Immobilize ect. inflicted. If you continue on your way, the other person will not follow. When you get surrounded [or if you can't wait to see how this thing works, just find a foe and go near them so they target you], then switch to the other person, then immediately switch back. The enemies should disappear. **You'll know if it worked if the leader's name is not in red. HOWEVER, if the other person's HP bar is still visible, or if you can still see their tiny blue dot on the map, it will not work. So you may need to move father away from them. It does work, whether or not you trust me is up to you. Also, this tip is helpful when you're fighting your way through Henne to get Zodiark. Happy glitching! | ||

| To get this holy elemental Two Handed Sword you must first have finished the events at The Great Crystal completely. After doing so go back inside this dungeon until you reach The Great Crystal – A Prama Vikaari again (the first screen). You are currently in platform VIII from there they are 3 routes one is up, one is down and another is sealed by Gate Scorpio. Go up, press the switch and return to platform VIII. There follow the just unsealed path up. You’ll reach platform IX, use the way stone to reach platform X. From platform X follow the only path until you get to XX platform. XX platform has two sealed Gate Sagittarius, one way down, two ways up, another way is where you come from. Go in the opposite direction of where you came from (which leads you down) continue a couple of screens and you’ll find a switch, press it and return to XX before the time runs out. In XX unseal Gate Sagittarius 2, not 1. Follow the new path and you’ll find yourself in platform XII, use the way stone to get to XIV platform, there go the way that goes up, press the switch in the next screen and return to platform XIV before the time runs out. There go the way down, keep going the only path through some platforms until third platform where they are two paths take the one that goes down. If you have done the steps above correctly you'll find yourself in a screen with one horse type enemy and a chest, as soon as you go to the center of the platform two more horse type enemies will appear. Get rid of them and cast float because there is a trap just below of the chest, be sure to equip the Diamond armlet, because it really helps. Now open the chest you can get gil, a sage ring or gil+Excalibur, how is that possible? When you first examine it the message will tell you you got gil, but the chest won't disappear, check it again and the Excalibur is all yours. If you couldn't get it in your first try, don't worry, just go back 3 screens and the chest will re-spawn. NOTE: You CANNOT get more than 1 Excalibur. (from this chest) I will tell you the location of the other chest later. So stay tuned. | ||

The Southmost area of the Feywood is the THe Edge of Reason. A little West of the centerof this area, you'll find a treasure. Inside here is a Deathbringer. Careful, though.The trap around the treasure deals 2500+ damage, so try not to trigger it. This chest also might hold an Ensanguined Shield, which is alright too. | All right, when Omega starts flashing red, he's more likely to kick you back were you came from but I know a way how to finish him off no prob. When Omega starts flashing red, run out of the battle scene up the path where you came from (but not all the way to the top, just so Omega doesn't attack you like crazy) and the person who has got zodiark, cast stone on him/her then summon him. Run to Omega and Zodiark will use the Final Eclipse, that should deal 50,000 damage but only deals 25,000. Now run back and throw a elixir on the person who summoned Zodiark. Now summon him again and you still have petrify on you so run back to Omega and Zodiark will Use the Final Eclispe again. Alls you have to do is repeat this and you will kill Omega in no time (but remember, your character will still have petrify on him/her so cure it and cast it on yourself again.) Now finish of Omega. (TIP: Don't stay out of battle for too long though because Omega will start to heal himself rapidly. Has long as he is still attacking your fine, just cure the ones that's getting attacked. | I know the topic of discussion is levelling up for lower levels, but for anyone who's interested, if you're planning on leveling up to 99, once you get to about level 50-65 a great place to level up is in the Nabreus Deadlands...the location is called Overlooking Eternity...it can't be seen on the map but if you head south from the orange save crystal and then West, (stay along the north wall) you will find the hidden path...they're are about 25-30 dead bones in this area and with one group member fighting and wearing an embroidered tippet(double exp and sold at Old Archades), they can gain about 9000 exp per 1 deadbone. This means from going into Overlooking Eternity once, a group member could gain anywhere from 225,000 - 270,000 exp. Set a gambit for bubble/haste/protect/shell, preferably you'll have a Golden Axe(Get from Dalmasca Estersands north village), if not, another high-end weapon. You should have the magic holy(from Balfonheim just before Pharos)since dead bnones are weak to it. After killing all dead bones, zone 2 maps away and come back. If you want, you can chain the dead bones and they start dropping multiple items that can be sold for a lot of gil. In no time at all, you'll be level 99 across the board. Have Fun! ~Emily | ||

Before you get on (if it's your first time there), Use float. Reason? Then you face Hashmal, he uses Roxxor and quakeja. You float, he misses. EVERYTIME! then go up to the next save point and save. But buy the licesence to summon Hashmal and then summon him before you save. Then you face Gabranth and then Dr. Cid. But be careful... he has a summon as well, Famfrit. Destroy Famfrit first as Cid is immune to everything. Use curaja on your party ( I had Vaan, Fran and Ashe) You got Reddas to help as well. Defeat cid and then he dies for good. Then Reddas uses the Sword of kings to destroy the Sun-Cryst and kills himself. then you return to the port at Balfonheim and go to the magicks shop. You'll get holy shock flare and another one but I forgot. Go to mount Bur-omisace and go to the temple. Speak with the cockatrice person and he'll give you the stone of the condemner. then go back to the pharos... save and then go to the dias and press the first option. If you accepted the Ixion hunt you'll find him there. Later on you'll face the phoenix. Kill it and then TURN BACK! if you go on you'll find the Magick pot from FFVII. Immune to magicks and attacks. | First make a gambit like this: Foe:any/nearest visable ------------>knot of rust. Go around the westersands and the panamira rift with this gambit. You are going to need to use 99 knots of rust's 6 times. Make sure you have atleast one dark matter to use on Omega Mark 12. Once done using all the knots of rusts enter the battle with Omega Mark 12. Immediatly use the dark matter and watch around 2million of damage appear on Omega. Omega Mark 12 only has 1370699 hp so 2million is a little over kill but I know you want to do it. If you found this intersting or usefull dont forget to rate. | There are multiple ways to break the damage limit. Here are some I recommend: Balance: Take a party member with a hp over 5000. Damage him/her until he is in critical condition. Then use bubble on him/her. Use balance on a monster that has more hp than you. Tada! You just broke the 9999 damage cap. Dark Matter: This is what I used to kill yiazmat under 20 minutes. The easiest way to get 99 dark matter is to open the Demonsbane chest in the tomb of king raithwail with a diamond armlet equiped. Then go to the mythru baazar in Rabanastre. By 99 knots of rust. Use all of the knots of rust on enemys or yourself. Then when your facing one bad*** of a monster use a dark matter and watch the HUGE amount of damage done. There are other ways to break the damage limit but I'll post them another time. | ||
