Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army [ Review ]
By this point, the zombie game is perhaps one that has been overdone and tired out. No longer is it the quirky trope that came with fresh ideas as those have now been made use of by developers and publishers, both big and small. The Walking Dead has become a popular television series and even transitioned as a video game quite nicely. Also, if a movie like Warm Bodies comes up, you know that zombies are overstaying their welcome. With that said though, the Sniper Elite series has jumped on this idea. It's rather late, but it turns out to [...More
Looking Forward - Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel and Crysis 3!
September marks a month where Looking Forward is seeing a major change of direction. Instead of stuffing all the editorialized previews of each different major game I cover, each game has received its own editorial. This month's edition of Looking Forward covered three major shooters that are on the horizon for the current generation of gaming.
Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel
Headlining this month's edition of Looking Forward was Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel. This third-person, co-op focused shooter from Electronic Arts is the third game in the Army of Two franchise. And it is bringing major change to the [...More
Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel - A new direction
Looking Forward is seeing a change of direction. Before, I compiled a few or more previews of upcoming games in one large editorial, offering my opinion on each piece. While my monthly "Looking Forward" series has proven to be popular, I think it will be more efficient to separate each of my previews for the month within their own editorial, and then compile them together as links in an edition of "Looking Forward". This way I can provide content in a quicker manner, and Looking Forward will be more episodic from here on out.
The first entry in the September edition [...More

Army of Two: The 40th Day
Cheats: PSP PS3 X360
With most modern shooter titles you expect to hit locations which have recently been, or currently are real-life warzones such as Vietnam, Afrghanistan or Gaza, but the sequal to Army of Two: The 40th Day tears up the script and takes you instead to somewhere a little different - Shanghai.
The decision to base the events of Army of Two: The 40th Day in Shanghai looks set to be a good one, as it gives an instantly fresh feeling to a shooter title which may have otherwise felt repetitive and standard when compared to similar titles.

Anomaly 2 [Review]
It's good to know that there are still developers out there who think that the real time strategy genre is worth getting into, despite StarCraft II's current dominance, the eternal wait for WarCraft IV, Age of Empires 2 HD recently being released, and EA's promises to revive the Command & Conquer series with their own version of game development CPR. For something new, Anomaly 2 is actually putting up a pretty good fight in the RTS genre.
