If you spawn in the water look for a tunnel for the map lost coast. When you find it walk into it. Keep walking until you find a data post. Activate the post and enter the robot. If you need energy there should be a generator.

Move to the building to the left from your beginning viewpoint. When behind the building with the stairs, go to the top or just stay on the ground. You should see a big wall with a bar gate. Aim in the middle area where there is snow and press Y. When you get to the top on this ledge, aim at the tip of the gate. Go over the gate to skip the fight with the large mech below the right building.
