How to create a Vanguard (In DotA Allstars but I can't remember wich one)

In order to create a Vanguard you need to buy these items:
A Stout Shield from the weapon shop
A Ring of Health from the shop close to Roshan
And finally a Vitality Booster from the same shop you buy the Ring of Health

Note:
You don't need to buy it from a recipe shop because it just appears.
The three items disappear and the Vanguard appears replacing them.
If you create three Vanguards you will become almost invincible and you regain
HP very fast.
