Crysis is a first-person shooter unlike any you've seen before. That was the promise made by German studio, Crytek, over one year ago when the first images and videos of the game began to surface.
Those images and videos inspired frantic debates within the gaming community - some said the game is set to be one of the best we've seen, whilst others thought what they saw was too good for it's time and expected the final product to be a resounding disappointment.
However since it's release, Crysis has already established itself as a cult-classic, bringing a new level of realism to the the genre that titles such as Halflife and Far Cry couldn't reach. Of course the creators of Crysis did infact create Far Cry also, so future releases in that series are now more eagerly anticipated than ever thanks to the Crytek studio proving they can deliver groundbreaking games.

ABOUT THE GAME
Mercenaries 2: World in Flames is a video game that was developed by Pandemic Studios. It was published by Riley Donnelly and Electronic Arts. It was released on the 31st of August, 2008 and is set for release in Europe on the 5th of September, 2008. In 2005 the Original, Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction was released and set the precedence for its long awaited sequel, which is set in Venezuela.
