Bow units-Romance of the Three Kingdoms X

Bow units are weak against foot units, but are strong against horse units; however, bow units are only effective when they attack horse units from a distance. At close range, the 2 units are even.


Earthquakes-Romance of the Three Kingdoms X

Earthquakes usually hit in the western regions around Xia Pi, Xiao Pei, etc. around Sun Jian's 1st capital. Earthquakes are not as bad as floods, but they inflict more damage to the gates. It is best to start in the Central Plains to avoid them.


Floods*Romance of the Three Kingdoms X*

Floods occur usually in the southern regions and sometimes in the east and the west. Floods can destroy or damage the gates and destroy many crops. Start your army in the area around the Central Plains unless you want to keep rebuilding it every 6 to twelve months.
