TRAINERS
What is a trainer? A trainer is a program written to intercept and alter the memory addresses of games that are running in the background. Usually trainers contain such features as GOD MODE, UNLIMITED LIVES and others. Since trainers address specific memory locations, they are usually written to only support a specific version of a game.

Level up code 100%
Press ''~'' without the ''''. Next type DebugMode 1 and then type dm_givelevel #. # denoting the level you want. You can type DebugMode 0 to turn off the debug mode.
The above code is useful if you inadvertantly render your character illegal when you alter some other stats of your character.

Cheat Codes 100%
*** This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "nwn.ini" file in the game folder. Add the following line under the "Game Options" section:

Debug Mode=1
Then while playing a game, press ~ and type "DebugMode 1" (case sensitive) to enable cheat mode. Now, press ~ again and press [Tab] to view the debug commands. Press [Tab] to scroll through the commands. Enter one of the following case-sensitive codes to activate the listed cheat function. If you entered the code correctly, the message "Success" will appear. If the message "Entered Target Mode" appears, click on the desired character to apply the cheat.

*** If you alter your character, load the "nwnplayer.ini" file in the game folder and set the following lines in order to continue past the module you are currently on:

Single Player Enforce Legal Characters=0
Single Player ItemLevelRestrictions=0

nwnplayer.ini modification 100%
If you modify any value using the console your character becomes "invalid" for the next chapter (e.g. from the Prelude out the stables into Chapter 1). To fix this, replace 1 with 0 in the following setting in your nwnplayer.ini file:

"Single Player Enforce Legal Characters=1"
Was this: (-)Bogus or (+)Helpful

Item Level Restrictions 100%
Ok, this is simple. Open nwnplayer.ini file with Notepad, and change the 1 to a 0 in the following line:

"Single Player ItemLevelRestrictions=1"

Now, even though items will still show a level requirment for usage you will be able to equip them. Makes the game play the way D&D was meant to be (this ain't no mud folks).

Easy gold 100%
At the start of the game when you reach the tutorial with the 1st shopkeeper, buy from him, and purchase the Paladin Tunic. The price of the tunic should be 0 gold and the selling price will be 1 gold. You can keep buying and selling it as long as desired. *** This was done with version 1.18.6718, using a Monk.

Easy custom items for multi-player 100%
Use the tool set to create a Module and then an Area. Make sure you are familiar with how to use it (making a start area, how to use tile sets, how to use the wizards). Export a character from any game (single or multi-player mode) that you wish to use in another multi-player game. Create the items at a low enough level so that your character can use them. You can check the level on the Properties/General menu of the item. Be aware that certain abilities will add a certain amount of Required Levels to the item. The easiest way is to use the wizard and create the item at your level, at Godly quality. Make sure after you create the item you have checked as being "Identified" or else you will not be able to use the item (unless your Lore is high enough). This can be found under the Properties/Properties menu, where you place the abilities. After you are done making you item, place it on the ground anywhere you desire. Nearest to the start location is best, and it is easiest to put them all inside a container of some sort, so you can just take them and place them directly into your inventory. Save the Module, Run the Module under New/CustomModule, then use the character that you exported (called a Local Character). You can now have custom items, names, colors, and abilities to your choosing. Export the character again, then play in a multi-player game. This does not appear work for a single player mode game.

Easy battles 100%
An easy and effective strategy when fighting Bosses or other hard to kill creatures is to make them follow you until you reach an area transition door. Fight close to it and when your hit points are low, exit. The creature will not follow you through the door. Rest and save; then go back to fight. Normally the creature will not have regenerated. This trick can also work with normal doors depending on the monster; normally humanoid creatures will be able to open non-area transition doors.

Item hogging in dialogues 100%
There are events in the game where you have to choose only 1 between 3 items and the NPC/Monster dissappears afterwards. You wished you could take them all, well here's how to do it...

This event happens inside helm's hold before the end of the Chapter 1 module. You will find an altar in the North-Eastern part of helm's hold where 'Chaohinon of the void' is being summoned but apparently has been discontinued. If you decide to continue the ritual, you will be given 3 choices for a reward:
1.) Cloak (Cloak of Movement | can be sold for 2400 gp)
2.) Double Axe (Ascorian Double Axe | can be sold for 1197 gp)
3.) Temporary stats increase.

Before choosing your reward, follow these steps:
STEP 1.) PAUSE the game.
STEP 2.) Choose your reward.
STEP 3.) Click on Chaohinon again to re-initiate the dialogue while paused.

You have to be fast enough to UNPAUSE then PAUSE AGAIN to view your dialogue choices till you get to the part of choosing your rewards. Repeat the steps to get as many rewards as you can till the time runs out.

This method can also be used for Helm's Guardian should you choose to banish Chaohinon of the void.

Find better stuff in chests, boxes, & crates 100%
This is probably so basic that no one bothers to mention it, but, when you come across a chest, box, or crate, save your game before opening or unlocking the item, then open it. If the booty is something lame, simply reload your saved game & open the chest again. Repeat this until you find something that you want or something worth a lot of gold, then keep playing until you come across another chest & repeat the process (save - open chest - reload the just saved game - open chest again - repeat as necessary until you again get something you really want.
I'm playing on a PC, but I would imagine this cheat would work on any platform since the item in the chest isn't "created" by the game until the chest is unlocked/opened.

Neverwinter is a co-operative role-playing online game, developed by Cryptic Studios and published by Atari for Microsoft Windows. The game is based on the fictional game “Dungeons & Dragons” city of Neverwinter and was first announced on August 23, 2010. Although this is from the hugely popular Neverwinter Nights series, it is still considered as a standalone game. Take a look at [...More ]

The Swapper [Review]

There are plenty of puzzle platformers these days that introduce new mechanics for you to find your way from the start to the end of the level. However, it's not often that you see such games with such refined design that makes you feel as if it's the first game of its kind that you've ever played due to the uniqueness of the gameplay mechanics and the level of quality in its aesthetics. The Swapper is such a game that really digs deep into your senses and your mind. The Swapper by Facepalm Games is a puzzle platformer that is like [...More ]

Starcraft II - Terran Strategy: The Nuke Rush [Guide]

Few things in StarCraft II can ever match the fury of a tactical nuclear strike, sent down from the heavens by a carefully positioned Ghost. It's like cleaning up a mess with magic, with enemy units disappearing all at once and buildings sustaining massive damage that would have taken over a minute to deal. It's usually reserved for the mid to late game as a defensive tactic or as an equalizer, but there is also a way to bring it in the early game to surprise the opponent. Overview Terran players don't need any logical reason for doing a nuke rush. [...More ]

Chernobyl Commando [Review]

Most of the games churned out by the indie game development scene are pretty good, some of which even inspires awe and wonderment. However, there are some not-so-good ones that sneak past whatever filter there is and get released. Some are really bad, while most are mediocre at best. Chernobyl Commando is one of those titles, unfortunately enough. While it doesn't seem so bad at first glance, you then play it and see the cracks within. Chernobyl Commando is a game about Captain Yuri Ryakov, who was sent to Chernobyl to intercept terrorists who are attacking the power plant. [...More ]

Resident Evil: Revelations (HD) [Review]

Here is yet another Resident Evil game. Before the collective moan and groan, give this game a try before handing it a verdict, unlike what most did with the much-condemned but alright Resident Evil 6. It's a multiplatform re-release of the Resident Evil game for the 3DS from early last year. That's yet another HD remake by Capcom, so this may not get a vote of confidence from gamers right away. But at least it's still about the zombies. Resident Evil: Revelations is set between the events of Resident Evil 4 and 5, just after the establishment of the Bioterrorism Security [...More ]

Denpa Men 2: Beyond the Waves [Review]

I do not know what Denpa specifically means, nor do I really need a specific definition. For me, the term is perfect for the pudgy and quirky little characters found in the title, and the name does them justice, just like a Wookie, or an Oompa Loompa. Don’t think of the Denpa Men as pushovers, however, as they can certainly pack a punch as they battle an army of different monsters in this sequel to Denpa Man: They Came by Wave. Denpa Man 2: Beyond the Waves tells the story of your main Denpa whose family has been kidnapped by Ooks. [...More ]

Battle Nations Walkthrough #2 [Guide]

War is always an ugly thing, but not in Battle Nations. Here, players will be introduced to war in a whole new light, as you fend off invaders and combat different armies all for the glory of the Empire. Filled with humorous dialogue and extremely lovable characters, Battle Nations will give players tons of enjoyment as they embark on a journey to build their army one man – and one structure – at a time. The Testament of Sherlock Holmes [Review]

Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes has thoroughly seeped into our mainstream culture and is no longer just old stories written a long time ago. New tales are being told about the detective and his good doctor friend, including movies with Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law, as well as a television series with Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman. It's only logical that there be some video games are made with this source material, at least to shove Professor Layton aside as the top sleuth in gaming. This Sherlock Holmes game is not a lighthearted one, but a bit more faithful to [...More ]
