|You can skydive glitch on every map if you know how to do the levitating part in the kung fu glitch,which I posted earlier.Ok this might be confusing but what you do is get against a wall that you can do the kung fu glitch on.Now do the levitating part.once you do that you need to quickly turn the camera at an angle using the right anologe stick and then press up and A quickly,This should put you in a motion of you running on top of the object you performed the glitch.You will be running but not going anywhere.Wait 2 min and about 15 to 30 sec and then tapp the left anolog stick back and then A,to dive backwards.quickly tapp B and then dive foward by quickly tapping forward on the left anologe then pressing A.It should spawn you in the air.Then you will be able to land on any building or out side the map.NOTE:this will not work on every object you can jump over so you need to try different places on the map.|

|Easiest way to kill raam on insane||100%|
|Firstly get a bow and lots of grenaes, you can wait in the first room because the weapons respawn after you have picked them up so get maximum. go to fight raam, firstly get into cover, shhot all your torque bow at him trying to get perfect reloads(this helps alot) once you have ran out lob grenades at him. this works easier with a friend, me and my friendkilled him in about 45 secs using this method, he was dead before he even got to us.|

|MAGICAL REAPPEARING FRAG GRENADES from one pythagoras ireland||100%|
|AT MARCUS FENIX HOUSE NEAR TO BAIRD AND COLE AND OTHER ROOM TO THE LEFT I found that frag genades magically reappear every so often. I noticed this on hardcore but have to try it on other levels eg casual and insane. So stay close to that area of the house. Handy for cunning annoying theron guards hiding behind a corner near to baird and coles spot and pain in the arse boomer. So toss those frags. And it takes time eg 1 min or more for frags to magically reappear with red dots. It does work. But have 24 round plasma 12 round torque bow the rapid firing weapon lancer and initial 4 frags on you before you meet baird and cole. combine that with magical frag grenades and theron crafty guards and boomers should not drive you mad. If you are low on ammo before meeting baird and cole then magical reappearing grenades in 2 upstairs shoot out windows will save you throw them at a distance for theron guards and boomers hiding at door entrances. How many times do you have to hit raam to floor him I find him hard opponent?|

|End of act 4||100%|
|At the very end of act 4 when you are at the back of the house, you will see a door but it's blocked , so you have to go around to the windows and there will be an emergence hole. Start picking off the locust and you will see a propane tank by the blocked door. Shoot it and it will knock off the pieces of wood. go back around and through the door. Right when you do that, take cover, because there will be a locust at the far end. whip out the chainsaw rifle and shoot him. Go through the door and get some ammo. you have a choice to go out the left or right door. when you go out either door, 2 boomers will come out behind cover and start shooting. Have a torque bow and shoot both of them. Dom will say something and a clock will appear at the top of the screen. you have 30 seconds to get to the APC before the Brumak catches up and kills you.take cover behind the water fountain.Shoot the locust that is right there. Then take the route to the right. DONT take the one to the left cause there is going to be a boomer waiting for you.when you get past the locust and to the apc, you will escape.|

| If you spot no one going to the other passage to your spawn point, then you pass it, running to the other passage and killing them with either sniper or shotgun. I would reccomend that if you are a bad aimer, use the lancer.|
For defense. Sometimes, players go to one passage like 3 or 4 times or so. They are mostly trying to trick you that you'll think you'll meet the enemy in that passage since he/she goes there almost everytime. But he/she goes to the other passage. If so, wait till next round and secretly hide till he/she pops out. Snipe him. Shotgun him. But once again, you should use the lancer if your a bad aimer.
This is most common on Canals and Gridlock. This only works with a longshot rifle. Obviously, you run and get the sniper QUICK. If you make it, wait for he/she pick it up on the other side. They pick it up to show their faces. You know what that means. But always keep one eye for other snipes.
This is a dodge trick. If your in a snipe fight, then it is perfect. Other guns, so-so. You should NOT PRESS A IF YOUR IN A SNIPER FIGHT. Or else your head go boom. Try using moves no other people do. Instead of REALLY dodging, how about standing there doing nothing? They'll think your behind. Switch to the shotgun and blow their guts off.
Once again, another common trick. Only a few words. If someone grenade tags you, follow him/her. Do it quick, or else no revenge for touching.
And yet another common trick. Take the enemy on his/her knees. Only snipers for this trick by the way. Don't kill. When standing up, shoot again. Best way to get points at Ranked Matches.
This is not a tactic, it's advice. Only use curb stomps when:
A: No snipers in the game.
B: No enemy watching you.
C: Your the only player(Including your team! You don't want them to steal your points!).
D: For fun. (Must have all requirements above)

|Location: Turn on the game and wait for the "Gears Of War: Press Start" screen to appear. Do not press Start. Allow the screen to idle for a few of minutes, and a video will begin to play about Emergence Day.|
| Description: Here are 4 ways to help you with Boomers:|
1. Equip a grenade and after the Boomer fires their weapon, run next to them and press B, then run away. If done correctly, you will hear a sound that indicates that the grenade has attached to the Boomer. This can kill a Boomer instantly and save on ammunition.
2. Boomers have rocket launchers that can usually kill you with one hit. To kill them, take cover and wait until they shoot before you start shooting back. When they start reloading is the best time to shoot them because of their slow reload rate on their gun. After they reload you can just hide again. Repeat this a few times and you will be able to kill them.
3. Again hide and wait for the Boomer to reload. When they are reloading use a sniper to shoot him in the head. It will explode after about 3 shots.
4. Use a Toque Bow: Hold the trigger until you see the arc straighten. This shows that the bolt will stick. Fire it onto the Boomer and it should kill them in one hit, even on the high difficulties.
| Hint 1: There's a quick way to win. The weapon of choice here is the Lancer (chainsaw rifle) with its constant stream of fire. Shoot at the belly of the Corpser, from any angle you can between its legs.|
If you hit the belly a few times, it will lift it is front legs and expose it is face. Immediately fire up at it is face. It will shriek and move back.
Hurry and move up to grab ammo and just repeat. If you do not move fast enough wretches will arrive in waves and make things much harder. You must hit the Corpser's face 3 times.
You will back it up onto a platform with 2 destructable joints. They're lit up and on the ground. Shoot them both and the Corpser will plunge into the Imulsion liquid. If you are quick enough you can kill the corpser before any wretches arrive.
Hint 2: All you need for this battle is a shotgun and machine gun. This will be a fairly long range fight. It is an easy fight but the Wretches that come from everywhere make it harder. When the Corpser raises all his legs and slams them down, your teammate may yell out "Wretches!". If they do then take out a shotgun or use your machine gun. At the start you should focus on the stomach. You can always get a shot on it, even when the Corpser shields itself. The other point of firing focus, which is its mouth or face. When you shoot the stomach it will cringe and its mouth will open as it screams so shoot it in the mouth when you can. While you are doing this, watch out for the Corpser's Ground Pound. It not only brings Wretches but also takes away part of the arena in the back. If your character dies in the back he might be lost. Your ammo cases may also be lost. Keep repeating until it can no longer be hurt. Now it is time to focus around the smashable latches. There are 2 of them. Shoot both of the latches so that they pop, and the platform that the Corpser is on will be sent into the lava.

1) Complete Campaign mode on the Insane difficulty setting to unlock a secret Gamer image, which has the Red Gear's Symbol behind Marcus.
2) Accomplish the "Seriously:" achievement by getting 10,000 total kills in versus ranked matches to unlock a secret Gamer image.
3) Complete any ranked versus mach to unlock a secret Gamer image featuring Marcus running in the rain.
|Get under level in Fuel Depot||100%|
|How to: Walk into the large warehouse in the middle of the level. If you walked in from the front, you will see a large shelf with a few racks on the left side in the middle of the warehouse. Shoot all of the loose objects off the shelf until you see a small yellow object. Behind the shelf, there is a small indentation that leads to the left that you can climb on top of to lead you to a higher platform. Kick the yellow object into the top left corner of that indentation. Now, take cover against the object. It will appear as if you are taking cover against a wall. Climb over the wall and you will be under the level. *** Once under the level you cannot get out.|
|Doorway Blocking - Two player mode||100%|
| Description: Use this trick while playing in 2 player mode and you reach a difficult part with a doorway.|
How to: Fist you have one player die in a doorway. This will create a block that the Locust cannot get past. They will line up behind your dead player where you can easily pick them off from a safe zone. Just revive your partner and move on once it is all clear.
| How to: Play Act 1 on the Casual difficulty setting. Play the 1st chapter "14 Days after E-day" until reaching where you are about to go outside for the 2nd time. This is when the Locusts are about to break open the door. Run to the door that is not in front of them or you will die. Make sure you have frag grenades equipped. When they break open the door, stick the very 1st Locust that comes through the door then stand in front of him so he cannot run away. When the grenade explodes it should kill all 3 of the Locusts and you might survive. If you survived make sure that you killed all 3 of them then pause the game. Load the last checkpoint and do this 10 times. You do not have to survive while trying to get this achievement.|
Play the Evolution section of Chapter 3. Rescue the stranded then you will get to where you must cross wooden floor boards that may fall away. Cross all the way to the other side where the respawning grenades are located. Stand just at the edge of the planks and wait until a few wretches gather underneath. Now, toss a grenade in the middle of the group, and refill your grenades as needed. To make it even easier, do this in Co-Op mode and have your partner stand on the planks looking down into the pit.
|Insane difficulty Mode||100%|
|How to unlock: Complete Campaign mode on the Casual or Hardcore difficulty setting to unlock Insane difficulty setting.|
|Fighting the Wretches||100%|
|How to: When fighting wretches(the small, shrieking enemies that do not use weapons) attack with melee strikes. The best melee strikes come from weapons other than your grenades and Lancer chainsaw rifle. The chainsaw attack is too slow to combat the swarming wretches, so stick to quick-hit melee punches for instant kills.|
| You 1st need to get the Berserker's attention since Berserkers are blind. They go off sound and smell.|
In the final level the trick starts with leading the Berserker all the way back to the very 1st train car. While it is still on it, quickly run off and press the button to release the car. The train car will collapse and the Berserker will go with it.
Instead of pushing the button on the train car, you can lead the Berserker to the very back of the train for a trick here. Walk to the very end of the train where there is an opening. Its impossible to fall off for you. Stand in the opening and have the Berserker run at you, then roll out of the way. The Berserker will run off the train. If you look back, you will see the Berserker laying on the tracks.
Killing Berserkers usually takes 2 hits with the Hammer Of Dawn. However, if you stick a grenade to them while they are still glowing red, it saves the trouble of aiming again with the Hammer Of Dawn. This is easier with 2 players, but not too difficult to do alone.
The 2nd Berserker in Act 4 is defeated similarly. There are 6 stone supports for the 2nd part of the greenhouse. Lead the berserker through the 6 supports, you will see glass dropping from the ceiling. Once all 6 supports have been taken out, 2 shots with the Hammer of Dawn will do the trick.
|Achievement points in Co-Op Mode||100%|
|How to: When beginning a Co-Op campaign, instead of logging into your main Gamertag as player one, log in as player two. Doing this from the beginning or while replaying chapters will let you play as Dominic Santiago. There are several achievements that you will unlock playing as him. If you start as Dominic, you will not gain any less points then you would as Marcus and it will save you a lot of time.|
| Description: When an emergence hole opens up, toss a grenade into it. This will automatically close the hole, and therefore keep the locusts from coming out.|
The Hammer Of Dawn can easily destroy emergence holes. You must activate it by targeting an enemy first, and then aim it toward the emergence hole.
|My Love for You Is Like a Truck and Broken Fingers achievements||100%|
| 1) Start a new campaign on the Easy difficulty setting.|
2) Right before you fight the Berserker & Corpser, exit to the main menu.
3) Select Continue Campaign and switch to Hardcore to still get the achievements.
|Dealing with Berserker||100%|
| To defeat the Beserker at the end of act one, simply dive to the side when she charges at you. Run through the doorway to your right and continue to the door at the end of the room and face your back to it. Get the Berserkers attention by shooting at her or revving the chainsaw then, dive away at the last moment when she charges causing her to break the door down for you.|
Continue this to get through the next 2 doors. When you finally lure her into the courtyard simply use the Hammer of Dawn twice to take her down.
|Restart reload meter||100%|
|This cheat only works for the coalition weapon, when the reload meter appears rev up the chain saw by pressing b button, then the reload meter should start all over again|
| First you need to pick up the grenades and a sniper rifle supplied in the center of the room before entering the boss arena.|
Stay behind the wall after entering the arena you ended the cut scene with. This is important because you need to maintain your distance from Raam. Also, it helps to command Don to "cease fire." This will make him run back towards you keeping him alive longer to distract Raam.
The trick here is to get Raam's swarm away from his body. You need to throw a grenade at Raam to do this. If successful, the swarm will disperse giving you clear head shots using the sniper rifle. Now to just repeat until you defeat him.
If you run out of grenades or simply cannot throw them well, just stay in the lighted areas of floor to avoid the Kryll swarm.
If you do not defeat Raam by the time he reaches your wall cover, move in the opposite direction he does and shoot when the swarm disperses. You will take damage from Raam’s machine gun, but you stay in the light which prevents the swarm from killing you.
|How to: Unlike most games, you can regain your health without the need for health packs. Simple stay in cover for a few seconds and watch as the bright-red gear in the center of the screen fades away. When the gear has completely disappears, your health will be completely full.|
|Avoiding the Kryll||98%|
|How to: In the 2nd chapter of the game, you will be swarmed by enemy kryll if you so much as set foot in the dark. To avoid being attacked, stay in the light at all times. When there is no light in sight, look for propane canisters you can blow up to create some flames to scare them off.|
|Finding C.O.G. Tags||98%|
| Description: In Campaign mode, look for the red gear with skull inside symbols painted on a wall, floor, or something. This indicates that the Locust have killed some Gear soldiers in the area. Because Gear soldiers wear C.O.G. tags, you should be able to find one nearby.|
There are 30 hidden Cog Tags scattered throughout the game. They are small and sometimes hard to find, but there is a a mark you can look out for that will make finding the Cog Tags easier. Look for large, red Gear logos pasted on the walls: if you find a room with this large Gear logo, examine the room and you are sure to find a Cog Tag somewhere. |Description: This type of move is done when your character whips around 180 degrees quickly. To perform the move, hold Analog-stick Away to start walking backwards + A for a short time. Release A when your character turns around to perform it. To avoid frag grenades or retreat somewhere fast, keep holding A and Marcus will "roadie run" in the opposite direction.|

|First go to where the torque bow usually spawns.Then go up against the curve and go back and forth pressing a. Soon u should get up there then once ur up there go to the 2nd beam where its half over the other side of the board and the one ur on.Finally jump a couple of times at the corner of the beam and u should fall and be out side of the map. ENJOY!|
| How to: When pressing RB to reload, there will be a clear bar with a small white segment somewhere along it. It appears where your bullets used to be. There will be a smaller white bar moving across the clear bar. Press RB again as soon as the white bare gets inside the white segment. This will reload your weapon much faster, and if timed perfectly it will give your gun an extra boost in fire power.|
Another attempt in explaining it:
When reloading your weapon, watch the upper-right corner of the screen for a meter that counts down. Press the reload button a 2nd time when the meter's moving bar matches up with the stationary bar. This will give you a super fast reload and put you back in the fight quicker than normal.
***NOTE: If you do not time it right, the clear bar will become red and it will take even longer to reload than if you had not attempted it.
|Easier way to find COG tags.||100%|
|During various missions, look out for the Gears sign(The large Bolt or nut with a skull in the middle). That means that there is a COG tag near by. The gears sign should narrow down your search.|

Go to where the Torque Bow is found and take cover on the wall away from the train tracks. Run back and forth on the little "C"-shaped wall part until you "pop" up. Press A to get off the wall. Walk along the "invisible" wall away from the level. Do not worry -- you cannot fall off. When you go back slightly, you can see to your left or right (which ever side you went on) behind the rocks. Go to one of the giant pillar objects and tap A in a diagonal direction to dive and get through. If desired, you can get through to where it is all black. You will fall for about a minute and end up on top of the grenades and die.

Host or join a game online at the Clocktower. Go to the middle area of this map (not upstairs). Go to the east or west area of the middle area, depending on your spawn point. Go to the larger area that is a bridge. You will see a pickup truck with a weapon in the back. Take cover on the back of the truck, in front of the bed. Wield your lancer and blindfire it into the bed of the pickup truck. Then, do a bad active reload. As you are bad active reloading, you must jump into the bed of the pickup. If done correctly, you will fall off the bridge and can run around under the map in the river. Note: This may require a few attempts.

On the Rooftops multiplayer map, to the right near of one of the spawn points will be some broken windows in a building. Throw a smoke grenade or make an explosion in them to see a dead man sitting on a toilet. The window you should aim at is the one with the frames that are still unbroken. If there is a fence blocking your way, you are in the wrong spawn point.

Note: This glitch only works online when you are not the host. Take out your Lancer and find a cover object that you can jump over. Stand a few feet away from the object and press Forward while tapping A + B. If done correctly, you will super jump over the object. Sometimes the glitch will cause you to jump over nothing at all.
| Shoot blanks|
Shoot a few bullets from your Lancer, then Active Reload while pressing RT + RB + B. If your Lancer is shooting "blanks", immediately switch to your shotgun. Fire one shot and if it does not register, you have done the glitch. You can also do this with a pistol, except switch to your pistol when your Lancer is shooting blanks.

To drop your gun, walk up to a weapon that you can swap with (cannot be grenades or a pistol) and hold X. The moment after you press X, hold B. This will cause you to drop your gun. While you have no gun in your hands, you cannot shoot or punch but you can still switch weapons.

Note: This trick works in Multiplayer mode, but does not work if you are a host. Shoot a few bullets from your Lancer, then tap reload (RB). When you press reload again to get an active, instead of just pressing reload (RB), hold RB + RT + B. To make sure you are doing this step correctly, you should notice the Lancer constantly shooting but no bullets are wasted. Note: If you run into someone at this point, it will do the walk away chainsaw that appears in Cuban's Chainsaw Massacre because on everyone else's screen you are actually revving the chainsaw. Keep holding RB +RT + B and switch to any other weapon. As soon as the weapon icon changes in the top right corner, release RB + RT + B. At this point, you will be standing normally on your screen holding the weapon you just selected. On everyone else's screen you will revving the chainsaw. Be careful if you try and dive at this point -- most times you will get stuck walking like you have the chainsaw revved (Right Analog-stick control) and will not be able to do anything. At this point, hold A button for a second, which causes your character to run momentarily. After standing up from the run, your chainsaw will no longer be revved on the other players' screens, but this trick will still work. This step is not necessary but it helps with aiming. If you do not do this before the first time you shoot after switching from your Lancer, your gun will always be pointed up as if it is revved making blind fire more difficult. Doing this causes you to be able to aim normally. At this point, you are basically doing a constant chainsaw glitch except nothing can cause your chainsaw to be stopped (not shots, melees, or anything else). If you touch anyone, it will look like they convulse on your screen, but on everyone else's screen it will look like you chain-sawed them and they will die. Note: It will only kill them if you have not shot since switching weapons or you explode. After you kill someone this way, it will appear on everyone else's screen as though you switched to your shotgun after you chain-sawed your victim. As long as you do not shoot after this and switch to your Lancer, it will appear on your screen as if you normally switched to the Lancer. On the host's screen, it will appear as if you are doing a butt grab with no weapon in your hands. If you shoot, it will appear on the host's screen as if you are shooting out of your rear. On everyone else's screen, it will appear as if you are still holding the shotgun, and you will be doing the rapid fire shotgun like from war machine. Make sure you shoot once. You will notice it did not waste any bullets. This is because on everyone else's screen you just switched to your shotgun. You can now shoot, melee, run, dive, and if at anytime someone touches you, you will instantly cause them to convulse (shake) on your screen. On everyone else's screen it will appear as if you sawed them with your shotgun. Always melee at the end or you might get shot. Note: You can switch weapons or do anything you want and it will not stop this glitch as long as you do not switch to the Lancer. If you switch to your Lancer or die, it will cause the person you sawed to die. However, if this happens while they are downed and you did not saw them when they were down, then it will not kill them. Also, if you are the last two survivors and the other person kills you, he will win the match because you die first. If you hold LB before walking or running into them, then release LB once they start to convulse as it will allow you walk away while they are shaking. If they are down, you can walk the dog on them. When you walk away (release LB), just dive away in any direction and the downed person will follow you. Note: The shotgun can be replaced by any other weapon other than the Lancer when mentioned in this trick.

Doing this from the beginning or while replaying chapters will let you play as Dominic Santiago. There are several achievements that you will unlock playing as him. Additionally, if you start as Dominic from the beginning, you will not gain any less points then you would as Marcus and it will save you a lot of time.

Play Act 1 on the Casual difficulty setting. Play the first chapter "14 Days after E-day" until reaching the part where you are about to go outside for the second time. This is when the Locusts are about to break open the door. Run to the door that is not in front of them or you will die. Make sure you have frag grenades equipped. When they break open the door, stick the very first Locust that comes through the door then stand in front of him so he cannot run away. When the grenade explodes it should kill all three of the Locusts and you might survive. If you survived make sure that you killed all three of them then pause the game. Load the last checkpoint and do this ten times. You do not have to survive while trying to get this achievement.
Play the "Evolution" section of Chapter 3. After you rescue the stranded, you will reach a point where you must cross wooden floor boards that may fall away. Cross all the way to the other side where the respawning grenades are located. Stand just at the edge of the planks and wait until a few wretches gather underneath. Then, toss a grenade in the middle of the group, and refill your grenades as needed. To make it even easier, do this in Co-op mode and have your partner stand on the planks looking down into the pit.

Once you reach General RAAM at the end of the last Act, he will have a Gatlin type gun and will be surrounded by the bird locust. There will also be flying locusts attacking from the side of the train (ignore them). You can only damage General RAAM when the bird locusts leave him and go after you. Stay in the light or the birds can kill you. When you start fighting him, hide behind the first rectangular block that is directly in front of the doors you came from. He will start walking towards you and shoot. When the birds leave him, start shooting. After a while he will get directly in front of where you are hiding. When he does, run around him and hide on the other side of the platform. Stay in the light as you run. Hide, then continue shooting him until he dies.
Get General Ramm off the Gatlin gun. When he starts walking towards you, let Dominic get his attention. Then, run towards the Gatlin gun and shoot him with it. This should kill him in seconds. This is easier in Co-op mode.
When you are on the train on the final chapter as you go to face General RAAM, you will need the Torque Bow and the Longshot. Once the intermission sequence finishes, stay at the part of the train where you are currently at. Take out the Torque Bow and shoot General RAAM. Make sure you hold it in long enough to make it stick. If you held it long enough, it should blow up and the Kryll should leave him for approximately ten seconds. Take out the Longshot and shoot him. Get a perfect reload and shoot him again. Repeat this until the Kryll return to him. When he gets close to you, run to the other end but make sure you stay in the light. If you can revive Don, do so because it will make RAAM focus on him and you can continue to shoot him with the Torque Bow and the Lancer.
If you are having trouble accessing the second Troika-gun, try the following specific gun-combo. At the beginning of the level, ensure that the Lancer Rifle and the Torque Bow are in your inventory. Collect the extra ammunition from the train car and enter the next area. When the intermission scene ends, proceed to the vault over the cement slab. Enter cover behind any of the cement blocks. You must hit RAAM with the Torque Bow to drive off the Kryll. When they fly away, immediately switch to the Lancer Rifle to execute as many headshots as possible. This may require at least a clip of ammunition each time. When the Kryll regroup, reload the Lancer Rifle immediately, and switch to the Torque Bow. Depending on various timing-issues, RAAM will advance to your location, requiring that you use the "switch cover" action to force RAAM to adapt his path-finding. Whenever RAAM's AI pauses to change direction, repeat the use of the Torque Bow/Lancer Rifle combination. This method may require at least five combos to defeat RAAM. If you run out of Torque Bow arrows, the grenades may be used as a means of "scaring off" the Kryll.
Before you start fighting General RAAM, make sure you have the Longshot (sniper rifle) and Torque Bow with full ammunition. You can get the Longshot along with its ammunition in the car before fighting RAAM. When you fight RAAM, first tell Dom to cease fire. By doing this, Dom is not firing and is safe. This should also stop RAAM from coming towards you. The only way you can hurt RAAM is when the Kryll (the bats around him) are not shielding him. Use the Torque Bow to get rid of the shielding Kryll, then take out the Longshot and shoot RAAM in the head. Try to reload quickly. If you are lucky and can get a couple of active reloads, you can headshot RAAM twice before the Kryll shield him. Continue this process until RAAM is dead.
When the battle begins, duck behind the first blockade (the one you start at). Use the sniper rifle to shoot RAAM from a distance and remain ducked until he gets to the other side of the block. Stay ducked on the light and when he sends the Krill guarding him to attack you, blind shoot and him. At this spot he is unable to shoot you. Just continue until he is dead. Also, do not worry about saving your teammate or shooting the Reavers as they are only distractions.
Before exiting the room to fight General RAAM, you should still have the bow. Do not trade it with the sniper. Cover behind the first spot that you can and wait for him to get close to you. When he gets close enough, run up to the turret so that the bat Locusts cannot hurt you. When you get to the turret, shoot RAAM with the bow and the bat Locusts will leave him. When this happens, get into the turret as quickly as possible and blast him away.
Play in Co-op mode. Player one must have a Lancer (chainsaw) and a Longshot (sniper). Player two must have a Lancer and a Torque Bow. Make sure both players have full ammunition. Once the battle begins, have player one switch to the Longshot and player two switch to the Torque Bow. Have player two shoot the general with the Torque Bow. This should take the Kryll off of him. Then, have player one try to get as many headshots as possible before the Kryll come back to guard RAAM. Keep doing this until the Torque Bow is out of ammunition. When this happens, have player two take out his Lancer and then have both players wait for the Kryll to hit the light. Both players should continue doing this until the Longshot has run out of ammunition. At this point, player one will do the same thing as player two and take out his Lancer and shoot RAAM when he is in the light. Keep doing this until he is dead.
Use the following trick to kill General RAAM on the Insane difficulty setting. Collect any Boom Shots guns or Grenade Launchers from all the Boomers found on the previous chapters. The guns must be full with twelve bombs each, you must be playing in Co-op mode, and both players must have the guns. Stay in the first block and start shooting at him until he dies. This is a lot easier than using the Torque Bow and Longshot.
| Defeating Corpser|
In Act 3, you are in the Locust tunnels and must plant the Resonater in the building behind a lava filled lake. There are rocks on top of the lava, allowing you to walk across however, it is not that easy. About one third of the way across an intermission sequence starts, with a giant spider creature, the Corpser. All you need for this battle is a shotgun and machine gun. This will be a fairly long range fight. It is an easy fight but the Wretches that come from everywhere complicate it. When the Corpser raises all his legs and slams them down, your teammate will probably yell "Wretches!". This is your cue to take out a shotgun or use your machine gun. At the beginning you should have a point of interest on the stomach, which is your cue to shoot it. You can always get a shot on it, even when the Corpser shields itself or you can wait until it tries an attack then shoot its stomach. After that there will be another point of interest, which is in its mouth. When you shoot the stomach it will cringe and its mouth will open as it screams. Then, shoot it in the mouth. While you are doing this, watch out for the Corpser's Ground Pound. It not only brings Wretches (watch the ceiling), but also takes away part of the arena in the back. If your character dies in the back he might be lost. Your ammo cases may also be lost. Keep repeating the process of shooting the stomach and the mouth until the Corpser backs up as far as it. It can no longer be hurt. There will now be a point of interest around the smashable latches. There are two of them. Shoot both of the latches so that they pop, and the platform that the Corpser is on will be sent into the lava.
| Defeating Boomers|
Boomers have rocket launchers that can usually kill you with one hit. In order to kill them safely, take cover and wait until they shoot at you before you start shooting back. Just as they start reloading is the best time to shoot them, because their gun has a very slow reload. After they reload, hide again and let them fire. Repeat this a few times to kill them.
Equip a grenade. After the Boomer fires their weapon, run next to them and press B, then run away. If done correctly, you will hear a sound that indicates that the grenade has attached to the Boomer. You can kill a Boomer instantly and save ammunition by doing this. Another method that can be done later in the game is when you receive the Torque Bow. If you have the Torque Bow, wait until they fire, then launch an arrow at them. This also kills them very quickly.
Take cover and wait for the Boomer to reload. Then, use a sniper to shoot him in the head. It will explode after about three shots. When you are reloading let him shoot so that he can reload.
Equip a Toque Bow and hold the trigger until you see the arc straighten. This indicates that the bolt will stick. Then, fire it onto the Boomer. It should kill them in one hit, even on the high difficulties.
| Defeating Berserkers|
In the final level, you first need to get the Berserker's attention Berserkers are blind. They only go off smell and sound. Lead her all the way back to the very first train car. While she is still on it, quickly run off and press the button to release the car. The train car will collapse and the Berserker will go with it.
Killing Berserkers usually takes two hits with the Hammer Of Dawn. However, if you stick a grenade to them while they are still glowing red, it saves the trouble of aiming again with the Hammer Of Dawn. This is easier with two players, but not too difficult to do solo.
Use the following trick for an alternate method to defeat the final Berserker in Act 5. Instead of pushing the button on the train car, lead the Berserker to the very back of the train. Walk to the very end of the train where there is an opening. Do not worry its impossible to fall off. Stand in the opening, have the Berserker run at you, then roll out of the way. The Berserker will run off the train. If you look back, you will see the Berserker laying on the tracks. Also, once you have done that, look at the boxes all over the ground near you. They all say "Gears Crunch" (cereal boxes). If you hold LT to look closer, some of them advertise that "you can win a tiny pillow."
Another alternate method to defeat the final Berserker in Act 5 is to use the Torque Bow to shoot the fuel tank from far away. After a couple of shots the tank should explode, taking the whole car down and the Berserker with it. -From: Matthew Hillger

In Act 2: Nightfall - Last Stand, you must fight off a group of Locusts. At the end, an Emergence Hole will appear with a few Boomers inside. To kill them all in one shot, take cover and wait for a small metal sheet to fall into the hole. Behind the sheet is a gas tank. Shooting this will trigger a reaction in which a giant fuel tank rolls down over the gas tank, then falls and kills all of the Boomers in one shot. After doing this, Cole will say "Yeah, burn biatches!". Note: This will not earn you the Clusterluck achievement if repeated ten times.

You can use the Hammer Of Dawn to kill all of the Locust on the ground.

While playing on Xbox Live, have a Boomshot and Longshot ready. When your enemy is taking cover, fire two boomshot bullets as fast as you can. They will think you are out of ammunition. Take out the sniper and aim at their position. As soon as they come out, get a head shot.
When a player is teasing you by ducking up and down behind cover, time his ups and downs. Just before he ducks, shoot but do not hit him. He will then come up again. Immediately shoot him.
"Roadie Run" directly at your opponent with your shotgun. When you get close (a few feet away), release A and immediately shoot. You can get some easy kills by doing this. It works best if you sneak up on your enemy from behind.
Put away all your guns and say that you have nothing remaining. Most of the time they will come for you, but have a sniper ready. Try to spot him and shoot him in the head.

4. It is in the small courtyard after you exit the building. It is to the right of the Gears logo. Your team will point it out to you.
5. After you cross a bridge you enter a building will a lot of broken pillars. There are two Emergence Holes in this room. The tag is behind the second one in the grass.
6. This one is in the large battle area with the fountain in the middle. The tag is in the back left corner if you face the logo.
7. When you enter the outside area (in front of the House Of Sovereigns) with lots of stairs, there is a van with a logo on it and a big hole to the left. If you follow the edge of the hole up, the tag is in that corner.
8. In the hallway where you fight all the wretches, the tag is in the left corner if you face the door Jack is ripping. It is easier to get it after killing everything.
9. You will enter a small room where you find the body of Rojas (a dead Alpha soldier). The tag is in the direct right corner after coming down the stairs. Its behind the column.
10. Immediately after the Berserker intermission sequence, the tag is in the flaming area to one of your sides. There is a logo in there.
11. You must get the Berserker to smash down doors. In the third room before the final door, the tag is in the last alcove to your left if you are facing the door.
12. Once you get outside after tag #11, you will enter a courtyard. Go to the left and follow the wall. The tag is behind one of the broken blocks along the wall. You must get this one before you kill the Berserker.

13. After you split up but later meet again, you reach a room with stairs in the middle. They lead to a couch. The tag is under the couch.
14. There is a room that you enter in which you walk on catwalks. After you leave this room, you go down some stairs that lead to the street. The tag is down under and behind the stairs.
15. When you come up on the stranded gateway (not in it but prior), there is a tag back behind the newspaper dispensers. There is a logo above it.
16. After the first checkpoint there is an outside area where an Emergence Hole appears. After that there is a shed to the left. There is a propane tank in it. Shoot the tank before going to get the tag in the shed.
Lethal Dusk-Dark Labyrinth
17. This one is in the area that you must use the spotlight and guide Dom. It is in far left corner of the street, next to a pile of rubble. Shine the light on the tag after Dom has pulled the switch.
18. After you exit a destroyed building, there is a tag to the right just around the corner. This is before you reach the gas station.
19. After you split up to find an entrance to the factory, you will reach an area outside. There are little shelters along the way. There is a shelter with an elevator in it. Behind it is a dock that leads out to sea. The tag is on the end of the dock.
20. It is in the room in which you must walk on the broken floorboards. It is in the far right corner. Make sure to stay on the metal beams to reach the tag.
Evolution - Coalition Cargo
21. When you enter the room with the mine carts that you ride, go down the stairs and turn to the right. The tag is next to the stairs. Make sure to get it before activating the carts.
Darkest Before Dawn
22. After you enter the caves on the drilling platforms, follow the path and stay to the right. Go down the right path and you will reach a steel door. The tag is in front of it.
23. A little bit after tag #22, you will enter an area where you will fight some Locust, and there is a small building to the right. The tag is to the right of the stairs leading to it.
24. After you and Dom split and meet, you will go down a narrow passage with Locust in it. After this you will see a Corpser moving to your left. There is a small ledge to your right. There is a tag on it. There is also some ammo at this location.
25. When you enter the first area with a big fountain, look to the right. There are two small staircases. The tag is behind the second, or farther, one.
Bad To Worse
26. After you leave Delta 2 behind, you will reach a street with a car to one side and a walkway with a ton of columns on the other side. The tag is behind the left side of the car (if you are facing the car abd not the columns).
27. In the second section of the house you will enter an office-like room. It has lots of books and a desk. Destroy the desk. The tag is under it.
28. This tag is just inside the door that Jack rips open. It is on the left side of the room.
29. This tag is on the floor just before you climb the ladder to the roof of the train.
30. Get to the second train car that you must drop the big tanks in order to cross. You should be on the right side of the car. There is a storage corridor to your left on the same car. You must go around to the left and into the storage room. The final tag is at the end of the corridor. Make sure to get the tag before you enter the next door.

In Campaign mode, look for the dead soldier symbol (red gear with skull inside) painted on a wall, floor, or other location. This indicates that the Locust have killed some Gear soldiers in the area. Because Gear soldiers wear C.O.G. tags, you should be able to find one nearby.

When an Emergence Hole opens up, toss a grenade into it. This will automatically close the hole, and therefore keep the locusts from coming out.
The Hammer Of Dawn can easily destroy Emergence Holes. You must activate it by targeting an enemy first, and then aim it toward the Emergence Hole.
Fire a Torque Bow arrow into an Emergence Hole. This is somewhat challenging to do, due to the straight line of fire given by the bow. However, if you are close enough to fire while the line of fire is arced, it is possible to make it into the hole. A Torque Arrow stuck in the top of the hole will close it as well.
When there is an Emergence Hole, take out your Lancer, go over the hole, and hold B. When you do this, every enemy that comes out of the hole will get chain-sawed.

This type of move is done when your character whips around 180 degrees quickly. To perform the move, hold Analog-stick Away to start walking backwards + A for a short time. When you press RB to reload, there will be a clear bar with a small white segment somewhere along it. It will appear where your bullets used to be. There will also be a smaller white bar moving across the clear bar. As soon as the white bare gets inside the white segment, press RB again. This will reload your weapon much faster, and if timed just perfectly, will give your gun an extra boost in fire power. However, if you do not time it correctly, the clear bar will become red and it will take even longer to reload than if you had not attempted it.

|Towards the end of Act 4 you will see dom and biard shooting at some locust in the courtyard. They will run to the back of the house to fix the APC. You and dom have to hold off the locust long enough to open a back door. get to one of the windows and you will see the common locust and 2 theron guards. Start shooting them. Then a boomer will come with a steel pillar charging to break through the front door. If you have the torque bow, hold the fire button long enough to where it will glow orange and blow up the boomer.|

|Get against somthing you can jump over.When your ready press A and down on the left anologe stick AT THE SAME TIME.Somtimes you have to press down a little before you press A,but not all the time.After you do that you should see your self levitate or float a liitle off the ground.Once this happens you have to quickly press B and A at the same time along with tapping the left anologe stick DOWN.This is a hard glitch to do at first but when you get it down its worth it.It will allow you to get out of every map, on top of buildings and boxes,and once you get the levitating part down it will allow you to be able to do the skydive glitch on every map,WHICH I WILL POST LATER.|

|U have a guy go in front then have a guy go to the left and another to the right , then have the others go to a tower and they must have a sniper rifle thing. and you cover the 3 people going up in a triangle its a good move I use it all the time.|

|How to beat campaign on insane A LOT easier||50%|
|When you try to beat any level on insane, first start the level on casual to make it easier(or if your brave, try hardcore). At the last checkpoint before the end of the level, quit, and then continue campaign on insane. You might have to kill more people. Then just complete it! ***Note: To prove it, load a new level. A golden symbol will appear to the left saying that you beat that level on insane. A silver symbol will say you beat the level on hardcore. This is the best way to beat campaign a lot easdier|

|Ok have one guy with the torcbow and granades and the other with the lancer, granades and torc bow. have one guy run towards ram whilst the other shoots a arrow at him, the guy runnig must jump forwards past ram as the arrow explodes, at this point the guy that ran at ram will be behind him and ram will take no notice, so the guy with torc shoots ram again so the other guy can tag him with a grenade, do this till you both run out of granades then whilst ram is still distracted the guy behind him has to run up behind ram with the chainsaw going, hay presto you have cut ram into many pieces and have killed him (this does not work on insane difficulty as ram will take notice of the guy behind him.)|
|On gears of war you can have a mixed gun at the beggining instead of finding it|
|You will have a big squad that is 13 people that will come after the first chapter and your whole team will come on the train with you.|
|To crab walk you first, get up on a wall that you are able to switch to another wall then,you press down and A at the same time and when you get it you should be walking but skipping ground but, make sure that you dont go near the wall you did it on or you will get stuck and if you do press B.|
|Have 2 person going close to a same enemy. Activate the chainsaw and both of them will strick the enemy.|
|Get ridof your lancer but stnd near it. When youhave a differnet gun in yourhands that is regular melee quickly hit B and then x to trade back to your lancer and you will chainsaw yourself without dying and blood will cover he screen.|
|After using the Hammer of Dawn on a Berserker, it's skin will be vulnerable to normal bullet shots.(for a short time only)|

Cover. Use Torque Bows to get the Kryll away from RAAM.
Snipe her. If have enough time, snipe her again. But this time, perfect reload.
If she comes close, go to the other side.
Repeat this process untill RAAM dies.
P.S When she's about to die, she goes faster. (Not a fact yet)
P.P.S Don't even think about going on the troika. You don't want Kryll killing your back while your killing RAAM, do you?
