| Here is a tip to make more money off of your crops. You must have the Seed Maker item (which you can buy from Ivan) and at least one crop. Simply place the crop into the Seed Maker to receive the seed from that crop. Then put them in your shipping box or sell them in town. This makes you more money because, for instance, while a single radish will sell for 60 gold, a radish seed fetches 100 gold. Unfortunately, this won’t work for all crops, so see which ones it will and won’t work for. Crops that sell for more as seeds than crops are Radishes, Cucumbers, and Potatoes. Some that sell for less as seeds than the actual crop are Strawberries and Cabbage. | ||

| To make some quick $$$ and have at least 2,000 gold before attempting this tip. First, purchase strawberry seeds from Jean (at least 2). Also, buy Greenifier from Edward. Plant the seeds in Carmite Cave in an easily accessible area, and use the Greenifier to level up the crops. When they ripen, you will have 2 level 2 strawberries. Sell one and make seeds with the other. Use your profits from the ones you sold to buy more Greenifier. Within one season, you should have more than 20,000 gold from this alone if you regularly continue the process. Within a year, you should have enough money to get an upgraded house from Neumann. If you want to supplement your earnings, take your fishing rod into the 2nd pool of water on the floor with the Chirori. This pool has Needlefish and Jamasquid, and they are both catchable without a rod upgrade and quite rare and worth some money. | ||

| You can make over 200,000 gold with this trick in only one day! You will need access to the 2nd or 3rd cave. Now, you will need a good hammer, preferably lvl 3, but lower levels can work. Just mine away at the 2 caves for gems and valuable ores such as silver. In the 3rd cave for example, you can get a ruby worth a base price of 700 gold. But if the ruby was a level 19, the selling price of the ruby is multiplied by 19. That is 13,300 gold in one gem! Lower level gems will fetch good prices too. In the 2nd cave you can get sapphires and silver, both worth a good amount per ore and gem. And after multiplying their base price by their level, you get tons of money! Have fun digging! | ||

Bamboo shoots are good because they are the most valuable item you can obtain on your own field on 1 Spring, the 1st day of gameplay. Now sell the upgraded item either at the Clinic or Pub and then buy the Small Kitchen and Small Fridge from Ivan for 1000g each on 1 Spring. Otherwise, you have to wait until 1 Summer to do this!
