| First you need to get about 100,000 pet points (just use money cheat (Hold B then Left Down right up) then go to the pet emporium, keep buying the food, not items, they fill up your inventory. buy about 100, then exit the store. you will see it glow then change appearance, go back into the store and buy another 100 items, exit the store and it will be lv 3, the highest. now do this with the cupcake place, but the pet pound, the toy shop and the vacation place are harder to do this to, to get the toy shop upgraded buy as much toys as you can. then go home and sell the toys, go back to the now lv 2 toy shop, buy a lot more toys and wala, a lv 3 toy store, to upgrade the others just use it a lot and buy a lot/sell a lot | ||
