Complete "The Fourth Survivor" sub-mission (on any difficulty) to unlock co-op play for all missions including sub-missions. Choose "Begin with 2 players" on the character select menu (it is a graphic that appears to be 2 guns on the right side of the screen) to play co-op.
In the "Fourth Survivor" scenario, there is a hidden room in the police station's lobby near the front door. HUNK will glance at the doors upon entering. Shoot them, enter the room and you will find the Handcannon inside on a desk.
Description: Unlimited ammunition for your weapons
How to unlock: Beat each mission on Hard Mode, finishing each with an S-Ranking.

| Rebirth (I) | Defeat "Mansion Incident 3" |
| Rebirth (II) | Defeat "Rebirth (I)" |
| The 4th Survivor | Defeat "Dark Legacy (II)" |
