| In Manager Mode, you can buy and sell players during the transfer season. Firstly, in "Office", upgrade your negotiator as high as you can. Then, when the transfer season starts, go into "Team Management" then "Transfers" then "Transfer Market". Ensure all of the relevent search criteria are at "Any" and set the "Min. Overall" and "Max. Overall" to whatever levels you choose. In the "Status" section, scroll to "Free Agent" (there will generally be some pretty useful players available in here and at least one top class player). Offer the player of your choice the highest possible wages per match and just a one year contract. Increase their goal bonus or clean sheet bonus to 15% then submit your bid. If you successfully sign the player, you can instantly sell him on as long as you have enough bids remaining. The transfer fee that you gain for the player will increase your Budget. You can then buy players with reasonable wage demands. TIP - Players from the Brazilian League are generally cheapest and their wage demands are lower. This method allows you to gain promotion with teams from lower divisions as you can assemble fantastic squads | ||
