Little Jacob : Supplier of Liberty City's criminals of weapons. Niko can call him to get Weapons delivered. Brucie : Brucie is a serious fitness nut, car enthusiast and a self-appointed VIP. Brucie thinks he can rap and talks about how much money he has. Brucie can honestly say that he's got the finest women, cars, lifestyle accessories & anabolic steroids. Dwayne Forge : Associate of Playboy X. Dwayne is an old school African-American gangster who was locked up for crack distribution charges in the early 1990s. He has been recently released from prison, but is disturbed by the world of bling and excess he has found in an underworld that was all about straight business when he left it before prison. Playboy X : Playboy X owns a mansion in the North Algonquin area and is introduced to Niko by Elizabeta. Playboy X is an African-American gangster. Playboy X used to do business with Dwayne Forge, but now has since moved on without him since Dwayne went to prison. Playboy X can be identified by his multi-colored hoodie. Mikhail Faustin : Major figure in Liberty City's Bratva. He is a violent drunk and has wide mood swings. Phil Bell : Half-Irish, half-Italian front operator for one of the 5 Cosa Nostra families. The character has a resemblance to Tony Soprano. Derrick McReary : Member of McReary family and rumored to have a heroin addiction. Francis McReary : Works for the Liberty City Police Department. Francis is a corrupt cop that has dirt on Niko and makes Niko to do tasks or else. Patrick "Packie" McReary : An Irish thug who is the heir to the declining Irish Mob of Liberty City. Those who know him refer to him as "Packie." Packie is the youngest of the McReary family and is related to corrupt police detective Francis McReary, Derrick McReary, Kate McReary and incarcerated ex-IRA member Gerry McReary. Packie lives with his mother and sister. Katie McReary, his sister, shows an "interest" in Niko, but he warns him away from her. Packie a close friend of Elizabeta. Packie is in the end of the 3rd trailer with 2 other Irish-looking gangsters who force Niko to join their gang. Known to take orders from Gerry who is in prison for the Liberty City Irish Mob. Kate McReary : Packie McReary's sister and shows a great deal of interest in Niko. Gerry McReary : Ex-IRA member who is now incarcerated. Gerry is the brother of Packie and Kate McReary. Known to give orders from prison through his brother Packie to the Liberty City Irish Mob. | ||

Always make sure you pick them up within a gametime hour or your likeness percentage will decrease ( except for Roman) and instead of going straight to a bar take them 1st for a meal (anywhere relevant) 2nd to a show or function such as bowling, then finally go to the agreed activity. you can do this in any order providing you do what you asked them to do last. Note: If they Phone you to engage in an activity then you have to go straight to it! All the characters will start to complain that they dont want to do the other activities from time to time but doing this will dramitcally increase the percentages quicker ( this can save a lot of game time believe me!) Pay attention to Brucie as he has two activities in the game only he can access ( Powerboat ride and Helli ride) Careful though, as if your late for his activities it reduces percentage by 10 each time! And remember, its a good idea to ask them to go drinking often then do other activities before hand, as you will then have to do them while in a drunken state! Darts, bowling and pool are particulaly funny but harder! Doing all this to the characters will help achieve three things........ First,when all above 90%, you will unlock the Liberty city 5 achievement. Secondly this counts towards 100% game compleation achievment once all above 75%. And finally doing so will unlock an ability gained from each player. As below....... BRUCIE = Helli pickup from anywhere, ( usefull for out running police) PACKIE = Car bomb at any time. | The one man army trophy requires you to get a six star wanted level and survive for 5 mins without getting busted or killed. Sounds hard, but an easy way to get this is availiable from the start of the game. Use the cheat for weapons and armor a few times till you max out your ammo, save, quit and reload(this will reactivate the trophy) and stand outside romans apartment, fire a few shots to get a 1 star level, attract police and blast a few to get to about a 3. Now go into the apartment block and up to the apartment and use the refridgerator as cover and just blind fire with either a shotgun or M4 as the cops run in. Just keep this up till you get your six star and continue for 5 mins and the trophy will unlock. Do not use ammo or health cheats while doing this or you will disable the trophy! | ||

Its boring and doesnt always work. THERS A MUCH MUCH EASIER WAY........ AND BETTER FUN TOO!..... Early in the game steal or spawn a JETMAX speedboat. [DIAL 9385550100] If spawning. Then speed off around to the other locked islands ALGONQUIN or ALDERNEY. Doing this will provoke a 6 star wanted level by the police, because the Jetmax speedboat is the fastest in the game, it can easily out-run police boats, hellicopters and obviously cars! Just keep going round and round the islands at full speed checking the scenery doing jumps (3 good ones to the left of Coloney Island) and you will in no time at all unlock this achievment. Its so simple its silly. I did this for 20 minutes before I got bored and let them kill me. (you only need 5 minutes real time to unlock achievment) During this I didnt even lose any health as your just that fast nothing can catch you up. | Drive to Alderney (the third island) then go to Westdyke (the northern-most neighborhood in Alderney.) Drive down Beaverhead Ave (the road following the northern coast of the island) until you see a right turn. Go down that road and it should lead you to an abandoned casino. Once in front of the building turn left and you should see a pile of junk in a corner surrounded by a fence. Hop over that fence and walk into the corner of the wall. Then crouch down and spin in place clockwise as fast as you can without leaving the corner. If done correctly you should spin right through the wall. It took me six tries before I finally got it, but it was worth it. Once inside, watch out for blue holes (if you fall down one you die and will have to start over.) You also will want to stay away from outside walls because although you can see-through them they are still there and if you walk through one you won't be able to get back in and will have to start over. There should be a bit of water beneath where you are standing when you first go through the wall, where you can swim under everything in the area. You can swim under the street where you first came down, and shoot at people (you can see them, but they can't see you.) If you want to have fun, shoot at the nearby pedestrians and get your wanted level up. Once the cops come, you can shoot and kill them, but all they can do is shoot at the ground (the more cops, the more fun.) P.S. This glitch only works in a little area, so don't swim out too far or you won't be in the glitch anymore and people will be able to see and shoot at you again. | ||

| There have been rumours of a mythical creature known as RATMAN in Grand Theft Auto IV. Is it a fact or a fake? Well guess what? FACT! Ratman is real but be warned he's kind of hard to kill. TIPS: • He's about 5 feet taller than Niko. • He has whiskers and rat ears. • If you kill him you get his gloves. • And its best to have cheats or mods. Suggested Weapons • Shotguns, explosives, and SMGs. Clues to Locations: There are 5 clues which lead to 1 location. 1. Go through the subways and eventually you'll see the sewage station. Gaze at the ground and you'll see orange goo. Take out your phone take a picture of all 3 piles and a message will appear saying " Clue found! " 2. Exit the subways and head to the abandoned casino in Westdyke. Go inside and head upstairs then you'll see a toolbox take out your phone and take a picture. (it's Ratmans toucher set) "CLUE FOUND" 3. Get out of there and spawn a helicopter. Fly to the Statue of Happiness and jump out onto the highest balcony. At this point story mode HAS TO BE COMPLETED go to the door that says " NO HIDDEN CONTENT THIS WAY ¨ and walk through it. You will than see a ladder as you climb it you might be a little weirded out but at the top will be a beating heart take out your phone and take a picture. "CLUE FOUND" 4. This is a little challenging. Go to Firefly Island and head to the fariswheel the second to third seat has a rat mask on it shoot it off to take a picture of it. "CLUE FOUND" 5. This is scary. Go to the abandoned SPRUNK factory in Acer at the end of the tunnel is a pitch black space throw a fire bottle to get some light look down and you will see a doll with blood and more orange goo on it take a picture of it and you found the last clue. Ratman Fight 5 seconds after you take a picture of the doll it stands up. As it walks inside the building follow it and in 3 seconds it stops. A trap door opens and the doll giggles than commits suicide falling in. Than go on the ladder in the trap door CLIMB DON'T SLIDE down the ladder. Halfway down you'll here a blood hurdleing scream its ratman at this point you don't want to go the rest of the way down thats what happened to me. When you reach the bottom you end up in a little girls room which is filled with gore. You will then see a red door go through and ratman will be sitting down sobbingly saying " YOU MURDERED DOLLY!" he than springs up walking to his room. 3 seconds later you hear the start of a chainsaw at this point equip a rocketlauncher aim and when he comes out shoot him. After 5 shots he screams "LEAVE ME ALONE!" and then falls back dead. He drops his gloves but you can't use his chainsaw another trap door opens with a ladder. Go all the way up the ladder and there will be dozens of dropped cash this is the ratman jackpot. go up the other ladder to the surface spawn a car and get the hell out of there! The End. | ||

| Help with " UNDER THE RADAR " achievment. ( 40 points ) | 65% | |
| Under the radar achievment consists of you having to fly under 12 main bridges that span water in the game. The majority to find are pretty straight foward, however there is one bridge which I had difficulty with. In the South west corner of the city in TUDOR (ALDERNEY STATE), there is a canal that consists of four bridges over it. Every one of these bridges have to be navigated underneath including the lowest small one, however the large bridge at the beginning of the the canal at the mouth has to be passed on the RIGHT hand side of the large chimney that sits directly in the middle/front of it. (You can recognise this by the black arch framework located to the underside). Simply flying through the bit on the left that sits directly over the canal will not unlock the achievment progreesion. Hope this helps anyone who got annoyed with it like me! Enjoy....... The Judge. | ||

| Easy way to complete the " FINISH HIM " achievement. | 62% | |
| The "Finish Him " achievement requires you to randomly complete 10 counter attack moves on passes by in 4 minutes! To do this you have to hold LT to target a victim, then provoke him by pushing or hitting him once. when they fight back keep hold of LT to lock on and use the A button just as they start to swing, Nico should duck or lean back. When he does this then immiediatly press the B button 3 times for successfull combos, you can do this twice to one character in the game sometimes, others will just fall or run away. The biggest problem with this achievement is the interference of the police, they are a pain when up against the clock. There is a location on the map that is perfect to do this achievement very easily without disruption and it involves the homless folk of liberty city. First enter the train tunnel via the Algonquin bridge, you need to enter it on the Algonquin island, after 200 meters or so ( watch out for trains!) into the tunnel you come to a large intersection with lots of track and juctions, you will also notice the inclusion of lots of homeless vagrants standing around barrel fires, these vagrants are the best targets to attack in the game as they are very slow and vunerable. You can easlily counter/combo them and should have the achievement done in around 40 seconds, as soon as one is down just run over to another, you will never run out of them. The good thing about this area is you will never get any attention from the police either! Have fun guys and remember theres nothing clever about attacking homeless people, its just for the game.
