How to: Go to the advanced options in the Blood 2 pop-up screen. In the
command-line type "+enableretaillevels 1" without the quotations. Then
click the box under it that says "Always specify these Commandline
parameters." Start the game and go to single player. Click on custom
level and a list of all the levels should come up.
