If those instructions are shown, you must speak with the person or people listed during that particular mission.

Aegil (17)	Dispatch Serdic during mission towards the east
Alhambra (10)	Speak with Serdic
Ansom (5)	Speak to any character
Arios (13)	If you acquired Elmer, speak with Serdic. If not, speak with Selmer
Cotton (9)	Let no townspeople die during mission eight, and clear mission nine
Elmer (12)	Speak with Selmer
Garahad (21)	Speak with Igraine
Izuna (19)	Shino must speak with Izuna, and Serdic must speak with Yumiluna during the previous stage
Owl (7)	Speak with Marie
