Collect a Force Pod, then press start to pause game play. Then, hold L2 and press Left, Right, Up, Down, Right, Left, Up, Down + X.

Press L2 ten times and R2 ten times at either the R-Type or R-Type II option at the title screen. Press start while playing to access any level or view the FMV sequences.


The Power Armor is the best jet in the game. It can be accessed by successfully completing the game under the "Human" or higher difficulty setting, or by playing the game over one hundred times.



Collect a Force Pod, then press start to pause game play. Then, hold L2 and press Left, Right, Up, Down, Right, Left, Up, Down + Square.
