When earthquakes happen, there will be no fires at all because you didn't build anything. Start a new game. Then use the easy money cheat and the above tip. Then pause the game. Build all your buildings, homes, et cetera, in groups. Put all of your homes near each other away from industrial and commercial areas. Now build all of the industrial areas away from homes and commercial areas. Build all of your commercial areas away from industrial areas and homes. This will increase your population because there will be no traffic around the homes. | ||
