When shooting for 100% in all tasks, make sure to complete all outpost missions before you start the final story mission (Battle for Caracas / A.N. or China). Once the game is cleared, you cannot initiate outpost missions anymore (which unlocks a faction's shop items).

Description: After unlocking the Winching Challenge at your PMC, you can undertake the challenge over and over again to earn endless cash. When you get to the third level, start wagering the maximum amount of cash you’re able to. Each time, you will wager the maximum, thereby allowing you to bet even higher the next time around. This increase your potential earnings exponentially.
The challenge never changes, so mastering it is easy enough. The maximum wager is $5,000,000. In 8-12 minutes (or less, if your hand is extra steady), earning $30,000,000+ is totally reasonable. This is definitely one of the easier challenges to earn easy, massive amounts of money on. Belly up and try it!

Complete level 3 bets at the PMC Villa with your allies. These will unlock extra costumes for your mercenary. For best results, bet the maximum amount for the 1st two levels of challenge (manually save and reload your game to insure you
win). For the third level of challenge, bet the minimum amount of money -- you will need to be perfect to beat a challenge at level 3.
Note: you can also have a second player (online only) to assist you in unlocking the final challenges.
In such a case, both players should receive the costume (remember to save if auto-save is turned off!)


Everytime you login to Cheat Masters and view the contest page you will be awarded 1 point towards winning in the next drawing (Limited to once every 24 hours). By referring people to Cheat Masters you will receive an extra 5 point for each one that creates an account.

Every time you complete a level 3 weapon challenge from Fiona at the PMC Villa, you unlock a new costume. There are 3 costumes to unlock total.

Sports Games Silly Golf Play an extremely fun mini golf game. Panda Golf 2 A panda... playing golf... sounds interesting. Spooky Hoops Avoid the skeletons and collect the pumpkins so you can make a basket. Blast Billiards Pocket all the bombs scattered over the billiards table before the timer reaches zero. Table Tennis A fun, challenging, and addictive table tennis game.

Accident Videos Kid Shoots himself. An idiot plays with guns, and ends up shooting himself in the foot. Racecar A Target racecar gets hit by another racecar that flips over the top of the first one. Sideswiped A car gets side swiped while going through an intersection. BMX Rider Eats Dirt A biker goes up and down jumps but lands face first when he bails on the last jump. Overworked Engine A car is revved up too much so the engine bursts into flame.
