| Beat's Costume | In a treasure chest where you fight the Bread Gang boss |
| Polka's Costume #1 | In Chapter 4, this costume/outfit is in one of the treasure chests of the second-to-last area in the Lament Mirror |
| Polka's Costume #2 | On a 2nd playthrough, in Chapter 1, go to Polka's house after Frederic joins Polka. After the cutscene, check Polka's bed for the costume |
| Scrapbook | Complete the events in "The Church of EZI" and defeat the boss "Great EZI" on a 2nd playthrough |
