| If you've played through a few of the chapters and want to upgrade your weapons without the hassle of going round and finding the money then this is the easy way to do it. first make sure you have at least got to the mine level ok. quit the game and return to the title screen select "continue game" and then select "chapter select" go to the "storage facility" part and break open all the crates and barrels in the section with the two jeeps right where you start (you should get around about 1800 gold for this) then go to the briefcase that holds the machine gun and collect it. leave through the door and let it save then exit the game (dont worry you keep all the gold and the machine gun you collected. do this a few times over to build up your gold and machine gun ammo and improve those low level weapons, enjoy | ||

| For all Resident Evil 5 players that feel the same way I do about no weapon exchange with 2 human players online or offline don't lose hope because I found out it is possible but I don't know exactly how it happen. But here is what I did I started a new game when I already had a saved game, just before you get your first weapons I signed out both players on co-op and loaded my saved game and I continued to play to where you use the key to get the shotgun and try to give the shotgun to my partner and the request icon was highlighted and I was able to exchange weapons. NOTE: I don't know exactly how the weapon exchange became available so just try it for your self. This is just a eye opener for everyone out there. And if anyone does find out exactly how you do this please post it for everyone. | ||
